Not bad. I like the detail on his clothing. ^^
The only thing I can pick at are the hands. His fingers are too short on his right hand. And his hands don't look like they fit with the picture all that much.
But, very good job nonetheless.

^ well actually his hands are bent, not spread out thus it looks shorter. But if you don't see them that way I think I'll fix it since some other ppl prob don't see it that way either
