Any more Anime like Dungeon ni Deai wo?

I really loved that series and am looking for some thing like that, with a main character that you watch grow stronger over the course of the series and gains a big group with some romance/ action / comedy.

Anime I've seen like that already Fairy Tail / One Piece / YuYu Hakusho / Flame like Recca / Tokyo Underground. Preferably a male main character, nothing against female main characters as I am one I just prefer male leads. If any one can help with that? Pretty please

Hunter x Hunter is a classic.

God eater from this season sounds appropriate.

Sword Art Online, Accel World and Tokyo Ghoul

Any sports series with a talented but untrained rookie takes the same course. Try Hajime no Ippo for starters. Should keep you busy for a while.

Most shounen to be honest:

Hunter x Hunter
Air Gear
D.Gray Man
Naruto
Bleach
Magi
Shingeki no Kyojin
Zetsuen no Tempest

If you change your mind regarding female lead:
Akatsuki no Yona

Dungeon ni Deai wo? reminds me of a Certain Magical Index in tone tbh. Through Touma is fairly static hero (well at least until the latter LN) compared to Bell... through his relative staticness has good narrative reasoning.

If you were interested in the video game mechanics of that series then you might like Log Horizon.

if we're talking about shounen series, then I'll recommend The Law of Ueki and History's Greatest Desciple Kenichi.

When I tried Dungeon the first series that came up to my mind was Tower of Druaga, it is two season, one cour each, long. Nothing unforgettable, but an enjoyable series.
Sure I can't say if it stays similar since I didn't keep watching Dungeon, but the premise seem quite similar, bar the big-boobs-loli feature that is active in Dungeon.

With that in mind these are the ones I know...
Accel World
Akame ga Kill(a bit dark though)
Seven Deadly Sins
SAO
