The bonus items with the first volume sound rather tempting, especially with it being released just before my birthday. AND WOW THE EXTERNAL BONUS ITEM.

Preordering.

Edit: Official site has an image up for the first volume cover.

Phew, that site confirms 13 volumes, not 12.

I hope they announce the BD soon, the special features sound nice :\

I'm surprised they have artwork up so soon (though it could change, I doubt it)

Looks like the same type of cover as FMA, with the 2nd half of the pic on the back cover

Although the main site doesn't mention it (maybe a CDJ exclusive?), CDJapan says the 1st DVD has a bonus Storyboard book for the 1st OP. I'm tempted to get it just for that

The site mentions it (in the picture box below the text), just not to the detail that CD Japan does.

I think I may just pick up the volumes that come with boxes for now... I'd really rather wait for the BD's :\

It's one of the main reasons why i am getting the first DVD collection. That and i wouldn't mind seeing what design they'll use for the bandana.

About time fanbook information has appeared. I'll be preordering this when it appears on the usual sites.

Anyone know where i can get hold of some official Soul Eater stickers? I'm looking for something around 3"x 3" for a telecaster pickguard.

I'm down in Los Angeles on some errands and scoured Little Tokyo for Soul Eater merchandise. Nada, zip, zilch. No shirts, no figures, no straps, nothing. The vendors all say they'd *LOVE* to have something from the series.

Couldn't even find knock-off shirts in Chinatown. Meh.... sounds like the merchandising angle got caught flat-footed.
