@Zeto -

You can't direct link from Yotsuba, moot set it up so you'll end up with that anti-leeching .png instead of what you wanted to show us. Upload to another site like ImageShack to get it to work over here.

I'm not so sure. I sort of agree with duckroll in that this episode feels like padding, and with next week it looks like the same kind of deal given the "mental illusion" thing, which could take anywhere from a quarter to three fourths of the whole episode. And the sense of urgency isn't even at the OH SHI- levels of GaoGaiGar yet.

While twenty seven will be the "final battle", it'll probably be in the closed space, meaning we might not even see the Anti-Spiral home world.

Eh? Who said what about glasses? I only remembered Kittan saying something about his drill and spiral powers. How did glasses get into the picture? And Simon didn't say much about his glasses either... you gotta jog my memory.

He's back on earth, of course he's missing. He'll probably make a final appearance in the last episode.

Anyway an episode without Nia is just padding to me. Har Har.

I wonder. I doubt next episode is a "mental illusion" myself, it's more of the Anti-Spirals taking full control over their closed karmic space.

They don't say it directly, but Simon says in his speech at the end "Carving the memories of our friends into this body..." and the Chouginga Gurren Lagann has funky glasses too.

SOUL GATTAI. Simon now carries both Kamina and Kittan's spirits within him and the glasses are a physical representation of that IMO.

Well, if the glasses were supposed to represent Kittan, there should have been four additional prongs, not just three, since King Kittan's chin is as pronounced a prong as its head.

Yeah but Simon's got a nose, remember? The sunglasses must fit on it. It's obvious this shape is Simon's way of paying homage to Kittan.

Anyways, this episode was fucking epic, maybe even more than ep 8. Kittan was really the second most GAR man in the Gurren-dan.

I voted a perfect 10.

Kittan is so far the only one whos death was painfull for me to watch.
Kamina die in such a way that made me fell "holy shit that was great" and the deaths in ep 24 was "meh" but Kittan...... i think it was the music that did it for me, so sad yet so GAR.

Kittan was just epic.

Even though that was only 2 minutes of the entire episode, I just had to give the ep a perfect 10 in response to those 2 minutes.

Holy crap.

My mind is blown.

I find his moment just as good, if not better, than Kamina's.

The music really does it for me in this episode. It's like the rest of the show and getting bigger as we approach the finale.

Fight the power!
