That was a little odd, but cool. Look like a serious si-fic anime, the kind I like. Though I didn't understand a lot, but I'm pretty sure Okarin didn't understand either.

Huke's eyes are always cool.

Um... RTFM next time, Okabe.
Didn't he intend to do that? Get it?

Hmm the pacing is really fast if you compare it with the VN. However I kind of understand that they might tried to speed things up especially if they're trying to bring all the things together in the end. What I'm worried about wether the built up would be enough. I also kind of interested on how they handle all the other ending on this one.

Anyway first episode pretty good they manage to capture the atmosphere in general.

I think the important parts of prologue are covered:

Spoiler for Steins;Gate:

Anyway, the VERY important details are still there.

Pretty much, I'm seeing six girls and two guys, I'm guessing that all six girls will have a crush on the main character (I'll be pleasantly surprised if I'm wrong)

Aren't you looking too much into it, if the conference was taking place into the last floor, the other events you mention are either bound to happen on that floor, save for the invention number.

I don't think Urobuchi had any involvement with Steins;Gate, be it the original game or the anime.

They didn't do anything on Chaos;Head or Steins;Gate aside from some support work.

Those were 5pb games with a Nitroplus (who got publishing rights to the PC versions as part of the arrangement) label slapped on for marketing reasons.

Haven't seen a decent sci-fi anime in a while.

The protagonist's voice actor since Gundam 00 has officially become one of my favorites. Something about his voice...when I listen to him talk and express all types of emotions, I feel like I'm listening to myself. Hard to put a finger on it. Most of the time, he's calm. But when he wants to mock someone or laugh in a comical fashion, it's almost like how I do it.

Oh, and Mayuri's kawaii. Just listening to her talk would give me the urge to throw my arms around her, put my head over her head and scream "KAWAIII!!!" Small problem though. She looks a bit too "mature" to be a little girl. If I were to meet her in real life, I'd have to stop myself from looking at her in a pedo fashion.

All that aside, I'm immensely excited to follow this one. Enough with the slice of life anime--Hanasaku should be plenty enough to fulfill that fix. Bring on the action/mystery/sci-fi genre!!!

So, it's simply a logical fallacy that they threw at us.

I heard that CR did a good job in the first ep. Even a certain fan-subber decided to drop it after subbing the first episode.

I won't really care much about the plot until I see my Ruka alive and moving~! T-T

Seriously my first contact with this game was when I searched for quality trap pictures.

Haven't finished all of it yet, but I cleared one route already so I'm also thinking not watching this until I cleared the game.

At some parts I got that impression. But through the majority of the show, I din't get it.
