A shame that the only shojo adaptation who receives attention is Tonari, this and Sukitte are also good too! (and they have strong main characters).

Still haven't watched it with subs but well, I've always been fond of Himemiko so I liked the episode.

I'm like kuromitsu, have grown fond of the ending even if I disliked it at first.

P.S I would also like to know the amount episodes it will have (and how far they will adapt)

According to sources it's only 1-cour, I don't know how far they will adapt but I'm hoping they would reach the God's Conference arc..

Priestess of the lake visits.
Tomoe good intentions were not a smart choice this time.
He just got the opposite effect.
Nanami finding out about her true power.
Poor Tomoe didn't like that much LOL
I like Tomoe - Nanami relationship ^^
Kotarou - priestess matchmaking was a success.
Seems like Nanami is doing a pretty good job so far.

I've always loved that chapter in the manga. The anime didn't disappoint. *happy*

If you mean "did the ED change visually?", then yes, the screen shots in the box in the upper right were changed to screen shots from episode 2. I don't know if the lyrics changed any.

Such a shame... but I'm not sure if they can fit the whole God's conference arc with one cour

I just started watching it but compared to Pet na kanojo enjoying it a lot more. Nanami is likable girl. Hopefully she keeps the stubborn pride of hers. Really intrueged to see how she tames Tomoe.

Wow, I always thought Himemiko was pretty cute in her human form in the manga but she's absolutely adorable here. Also I can't express how thrilled I am that there are three shojo shows this season (sure I'm not watching Say since it's not simulcast/didn't really like it but when was the las time this happened, a couple of years ago?), really hope Funi thinks it can sell well enough to put it out on DVD later.

I had to zoom through the manga and...gah! I really hope the anime covers more of the manga - it gets so good after, especially the relationships..dang! Wish they'd cover the entire manga!

I like Tonari too, but I have to say Kami's a little more entertaining.

Okay, I'm officially hooked on the ED song.

Just found a short piano transcription for it and will try to play it.

Here's to hoping they'll have the full song out soon.

Currently in my opinion Kami-sama has the best OP, BGM and ED this season..... refreshing and retro breeze....

so its not just not me, ED song got to me too :-) so different but catchy gets better with repetitions , and the timing with the end credits and end of the episode's story is great .

well not really much of a shojo anime watcher but strangely we have 3 good shows this season , good then.

^ Yep. I'm really liking those sparkly moments with the main couple.

I originally didn't know what to think about Suzuko Mimori voicing Nanami because I've only seen her role as Himawari in Yuri Yuri (which I enjoyed because of her feminine speech). But she's doing a terrific job here and really brings out how wonderful the character she is. Still not as angelic as Tohru from Fruits Baskets, but that's a completely unfair comparison!
