Chapter summary: Lucy fanservice. End.

Angel's still sitting around in prison. She's not a dragon slayer, so they'd have no reason to agree to a suggestion to release her from prison, and Jellal would have no reason to suggest it.

Correction, Chapter summary:

Wendy and Mirajane started fighting with Zirconis.
Lucy was separated from the group at the gate. Happy follows her.
Natsu was removed from the fight with Rogue.
Natsu admitted Future Rogue is a difficult opponent as is the dragon he's riding on.
Natsu got an idea for a strategy from something Lucy said.
Erza was separated from the rest of Fairy Tail, and her injured leg is taking it's toll on her.
Jellal joined the fight helping out Erza.
Millianna encountered them as Jellal was helping Erza up, and Millianna was reflexively enraged at the site of Jellal.
Natsu and Happy depart to execute his plan, leaving Lucy alone other than her summons.
Lucy gets a new outfit putting the final nail in the coffin of the possibility that Charle's vision of her from the start of the arc can still come true.
Lucy finds Future Lucy's journal, either having been left behind when the guard found Future Lucy in the alley and she ran off and they happened to land there, or dropped unnoticed from Future Lucy's cloak which Natsu is currently wearing.
Either way, Lucy starts reading it, possibly providing further insight into what happened in Future Lucy's timeline.

Kidding. There's one thing though. I did not notice future Lucy's cloak on Natsu. I'm going to have to reread it.

Since I can't tell if your "kidding" includes the "spanned more than just the recent chapter" statement, no it just includes the recent chapter.

Discounting the cover page:

There's one thing though. I did not notice future Lucy's cloak on Natsu. I'm going to have to reread it.

Technically it might be Ultear or Merudy's cloak, but a couple of chapters ago when Natsu showed up for round 2 with Future Rogue, he was using someone's cloak as a makeshift bandage, and most people figured it was Future Lucy's cloak. Thier logic being 1) it's technically available and he needed a bandage, and 2) it'd be a little like going into battle with Future Lucy.

I was kidding about felix's summary being more... comprehensive.

Oh yeah, that IS just the recent chapter. Damn faulty memory.

Oh good I thought it was really confirmed that it was future Lucy's cloak, it only means I did not miss anything hah.

So if that's the case then it's a freaking big coincidence that future Lucy's journal happened to be where Natsu and Lucy landed. Mashima better have a good explanation for that.

Yeah this chapter was full of fanservice but i got to say the part where Jellal came to save Erza was surprisingly "simple" or too expected for me, it would have been more better off if Kagura or even Minerva that came to save her. I would have preferred it if he do it a different way like when Ultear saved Natsu from F. Rogue.

I know right? I hope Milli messes him up a bit since Kagura can't do it (yet). But it will be bad if she ends up hating Erza for it.

Should I start shipping Ultear x Natsu now because she came to rescue him? Although a part of me is greatly tickled by that prospect - no.
