The japanese as it stands is refering more to being true to 'your heart', 'you're not alone', and 'embrace your heart'. This is, of course, due to Japanese being very confusing when it comes to my/your. So right now, we don't know what she's talking about. She might not even be singing about herself or Lelouch or to Lelouch about herself, etc.

So, it allows for crazy scenarios such as the ladies talking about Suzaku and Lulu in such a manner. In such situations, you can expect canon to be thrown out of the window, for the most part.
