Have Irish use his leg to clamp onto the door sides, and use his entire body as point of leverage to pull her in, one or two hand is no problem.

I am terrified by how easily Tatenashi is handling all the girls... and I am terrified of the prospect that no matter what I do, she may as well be the peak of how strong a character is in the universe, next to Chifuyu.

Not cling.... uh... think when you want to carry a heavy bucket, it's easier if you spread your leg right? Then drop yourself on your back while swinging the bucket upward, and see how far the bucket can go despite the mass.

Same thing can be applied here, but Irish has to use his leg as well. (combination of leg push and gravity can be awesome) :P

They just spent the entire chapter trying to murder each other so it'll be a hell of a mood whiplash

Since he was moving his arm around despite it being injured, how bad will it be when things calm down?

Side note - In your fanon, how do the SH get past the whole "No IS for combat/war policy?"

Riko is a member of Schwarzer Hase. Rito and Yuu is from JSDF Army, and Yui is from JSDF Air Force. The rest haven't any, being civilian volunteers (even Akiho who held the position of vice-commander).

If the doctor said they can still can study smoothly then yes, otherwise, they are allowed to be absent temporarily until they get a little better.
