i think it was worth the wait...besides the bloody unstableness and strange character changes which should have been more gradual id say it was a fun watch.

sheena is still an awesome ninja

hoping to see her kick more ass later on...

Sheena is doing damage as always. Did some good work out there.

No doubt they couldn't finish it with 4 episodes. Could only handle up to the Tower of Salvation with that many. If they are expanding I'd feel comfortable with 10-12 being used in total to cover the series. 8 Would be tight but I guess doable.

Good development with bringing out Lloyd's mother. Showing off the enemy they should've fought back in episode 1 but guess wanted to save time on that piece of information.

Well atleast 4 more episodes is better then nothing...Better get presia in their before the end though.

Probably would've been a better idea to make it a full length series. That was a seriously long game so trying to cover it in a few OVA's is a tall order.

Just have to keep looking forward to the next ones.

Meh, true, but the actual storyline worsens (imo) after the revelations at the Tower of Salvation and subsequent world-jumping. It's still good, but the first half [of the game] is just so awesome and packed with goodness, the second kinda disappointed me.

YAY For the news that it's going to have a few more episodes!!! This will make my boyfriend happy, I know I am ecstatic hearing this now. I was getting worried with how it was progressing and wondering how they could possibly end it at 4. Does anyone know if there are any more specials like there were that came out with the first episode?

I don't think i'd even bother trying to watch the show without playing the game...The short amount of episodes really makes the story pretty confusing...

Im just glad to see presia finally...can't wait to see the next 4. Hopefully she gets to cause some mayhem with her axe.

well the animation has been moving in a very fast pace and they couldve took time to add some fillers but hey, its only 4 eps long for the sylvarant arc.
at least the fight scene in between Kratos and Yuan was good, well at least i enjoyed it

Would've been nice with more episodes since they are really going to have to go full tilt to get everything covered in another 4 episodes.

Kratos and Yuan fight was pretty good even if they only had so much time for it. Next one will be good after showing off important characters like Presia.

IMO the 4th was the best one yet, and I already liked the third one a lot. The final bit with Almateria playing and the flashes of the various upcoming characters was great. I'm really looking forward to the next 4 Tethe'alla episodes now.

Toshiyuki Morikawa as Yuan was a nice suprise and can't wait to hear more of Masaya Onosaka as Zelos.

The fourth episode was great episode, Yuan versus Kratos was pretty awesome, since it wasn't in the game. And finally they are going to Tethe'alla can't wait to see remaining cast to appear

Love this. The animation is beautiful, and I love the characters. I haven't played the game yet but I've wanted to. Just finished watching episide 4 and the ending just makes you ITCH to watch more. I love the ending song as well. Goes so well with everything.

Anyone know who sang that song? Or what its called?

Animation might be decent, but the production quality has overall gone down from episode 1 through to 4 unfortunately. And the constant switching of opening and ending scenes strikes me as very strange. :/

It's the full version of the OP used in episodes 1-3.

I like it though.. the switching of songs I mean. I watched a couple anime's that were like that.. and its something that makes it different.

As for the animation, again nothing wrong with it. Well from what i think. Everyone is different.. I can't wait for more though.

I love Fantasy anime's.. hahaha

They showed Kratos and Colette riding to to the tower of salvation, the Renegades showed up before they entered the tower (in the game, Renegades appeared after Lloyd entered the tower), and what happened to Remiel/Kratos was a bit more unclear. Spoiler for a couple of differences (game to anime) game spoiler/cruxis leader spoiler: In the game, Kratos never waited outside for Lloyd. Lloyd and co. enters the tower and finds Colette being transformed into an angel. After fighting Remiel, Kratos shows up and kills Remiel. Then Kratos reveals himself to be an angel. Yggdrasil also appears and attacks the group, but the Renegades appear (instead of the anime version's "meeting") and save Lloyd and co. who later wake up at the base and find out about the Renegade. From what I can remember, Sheena had also been with the group (in the game) when they went to the tower. Well, there are plenty of differences, but it seems to be going well. 4 more OVAs to go. -It's a bit of a shame they never pointed out that the objects floating in the tower were coffins. -Time for Tethe'alla, time for Regal, Presea, and Zelos~~ -The last 4-5 minutes with the credits hit me with huge waves of nostalgia!! With every character set up for the next world (Regal, Presea, Zelos) and the past characters and Cruxis! I hope I'm not the only one excited about the next OVA! By the way, when is the next one?
