州 is the older version of 洲, but it's still valid.
愛洲 should be pronounced as Aisu.

The funny thing is, within my knowledge, 愛洲 is normally a family name while 蛍 is normally a given name. If 愛洲 is used as a given name (which is quite unheard of, but these days, any kind of given name is possible with kanji names ), then 愛 can use a bunch of possible nanoris.
春海 has a bunch of possibilities as well......
こずえ is the most straightforward, plain and simple (and likely - 99% chance - a given name).

Now that you mention it Larethian, I remembered that 春海 doesn't have to be pronounced Harumi. Well, I'll stick with that for the time being unless furigana of it turns out otherwise...

Apparently it's a reboot by the author to iron out all the inconsistencies and to make the entire story flow better I guess.

Isuna Hasekura strikes again with Magdala de Nemure(マグダラで眠れ). If you like fantasy series based on alchemy with a not-so-fantastic setting(as in quite close to reality), this book will fit your reading preference. Of course, Hasekura-sensei's renown "Do the thorough research" way of writing is back even in this fantasy novel. Just like Spice and Wolf, this is a novel that might make you think "So that's how it works" while reading it.

Even so, I won't recommend this series currently because the first volume is very clearly just some sort of prologue, so for people who just don't have the patience to wait, I advise to wait at least 3 to 4 more volumes to come out before buying it(because I don't know how fast Hasekura-sensei writes).

Lol, the chemistry is not as heavy as Spice and Wolf's economy. After all, this series is still supposed to be a fantasy novel, but the detail on alchemy is surprisingly accurate. Although, just like Spice and Wolf, don't expect an strong stimulating story when reading this

Magdala and Minutes came out on July though, so that's 3 month apart, only a little faster than the usual regular schedule. I'm looking forward to Rakuin no Manshou too XD. I like Olba and Virina a lot, too bad I haven't caught up to the latest volume yet although I accidentally read a big spoiler on vol 10 ><.


Edit : And I just realized I saw Index NT 5 on October lineup. I guess Index's fan will rejoice on this news :P. I'm looking forward to Waltraute more though
