Wait a second are you saying someone translated Klein Berre into english and used it as though it were her official name?

That may be, but in the U.S. Hina's name will be translated as Budweiser .

"Shazzam!" and "sizzle!" as well as "budweiser"?

No........Lil' Strawberry is just what the other dolls call her from time to time in the manga. And I just thought Kleine Beere sounds better and more authentic then Lil' strawberry.

'lil strawberry = chibi ichigo
kleine berre = hina ichigo

There is a difference. Chibi ichigo is a semi-demeaning and cute name for Hina. I think only Suiseiseki calls her as such.

Kleine Beere actually meant Petite Strawberry, so yeah, Lil' Strawberry, the unamericanized version.

Shinku calls her as such too. Oooh.. I didnt know it could have semi-degratory connotations.

Well, Suiseiseki calls Jun "chibi ningen" or runt, which is derogatory. I also seem to recall her saying something like "chibi, chibi, chibi... you're all a bunch of chibis!" when she was frustrated, indicating that she applies that term to things she doesn't like.

Ah, he is chibi. Kindergarten cop chibi lol!

Sorry, ignore that. But thats what makes Suiseiseki adorable in my eyes. Degrading everyone in that insecure manner of hers is her trademark I love and cherish.

In the eyes of Suiseiseki, everything, no matter how big, even Pyramid of Giza big, is chibi. No point impressing Suiseiseki by being big, because you are still chibi to her.

Indeed, because she has to be bigger than everything. Thats basically her view of life and herself. She is bigger than everything/one. Of course, if you are lucky enough, you may earn the position of being in a relationship-state where she loves you so much that whether of not she is bigger is of no concern, notable examples being Father, or Souseiseki. Jun is on that path, but he still isn't exempt from her chibi-fying outlook (and I think, never will be).

well just think of sui as a high and mighty princess that has been reduced to a commoner...i can imagine her trying to order ppl around her which has the same/higher status that her still and later getting her ass handed back to her for pissing the wrong guys off

shes just a prime example of a tsundere as well...

I know Gin is technically a tsundere because of how she treats Megu, but it just doesn't seem right.

I wasn't thinking of that. I was thinking about how she reacts to being called junk and how she acts when she gets "killed" by Shinku. I think the reason it doesn't make sense is because she goes way beyond what the average tsundere character would do to look strong, and she doesn't show her sensitive side to anyone, even herself. (until she meets Megu that is)

oh aye...in SS1 she was just pure evil with no glimmer of hope of being good...so that puts her into the catagory of "evil" but then after she met megu she begins to open up and show more feeling (no a lot but slowly and little by little)...but still it doesnt put her into the tsundere catagory as she is still nasty to megu in a sort of way and it not like she acts "tough" when people are around...her personality is normally tough anyway...
