The whole episode Rollo addresses Lelouch as "onii-sama", brother.
Its been accepted so long from an old part in the magasines that he is known as "Rollo Lamperouge" that I dont think many people will remember to hand.....

Where it was confirmed that they're not at least related in some way. Because I know the way it seems from the first episode that Rollo is just a Nunnally replacement, but we don't know much about him already so it wouldn't make sense to say he couldn't be related to Lelouch in some way.

int he preview of the next episode it is still active even when he is in a KMF so i guess not...
it is still unknown wheter or not he needs C.C. to turn it on or off like suggested in the opening.. though i would hate that idea...
