They animated a bit of the first chapter of 2wei, but more importantly...

The tease with Bazett at the end there.... curse you Silver Link, announce S2 for the love of god. I need to watch Bazett beat people up and I need my Ko-Gil. Getting my Mistress Caren is a must.

Problem is that if they will make the adaptation of 2wei, then they also must make adaptation of 3rei or conclude 2wei with anime original ending.

Because the manga ends with a huge cliffhanger.

Eh?! It's over already?! Only 10 episodes?
I understand when anime people don't really care about like Blood Lad get 10 episodes, but I'm surprised Fate series would get only 10 episodes.

Anyways, 8/10 for the anime. Cute anime and the story isn't too bad, but there are times when it gets too slow or off. Like the sudden super move that came out of nowhere to kill off Berserker. Well yeah, they didn't have enough time to kill him normally several more times...
Anyways, lots of cuteness and the comedy isn't too bad and I liked the ED.

To be fair, the original source material was only 13 chapters.

Yeah, 10 was more like that's the most they could stretch the material out for. Maybe could filler some more of Illya's school life but that's about it.

Well saw the raw, a good final fight and some fun teasing on the material for a possible sequel, it's left open to possibly continue, hopefully this can reassure some people. Look forward to the sub version.

I think they only did that in case the show didn't get slated a second season.

Considering the possible time delay for a possible 2nd season a dangling plot thread might be called a plot hole by those who don't understand it.

Well wouldn't be terrible though. Long as Fate continues to maintain a huge popularity I think that's good news for seeing 2wei animated.

They can easily cut off 2wei at the final battle's victory and leave out the cliffhanger.
