Bakasan's Naruto...which codec? help me plz
His sub is always the first one out (kudos to bakasan for that). But I have DLed two now and neither one worked. I tried different programs, even tried WinMedia Player and it doesnt know which codec. I'm at a loss here. I'm trying to follow the series closely and quickly and everytime the new Bakasan comes out I almost cry from suspense, because I have to wait for the ANBU/AonE.

I have only have had only one problem with Bakasan's encodes and that was episode 69, which worked fine once I set the fourcc used code to XVID. The problem was caused by changes in recent xvid not synching to the divx decoder. Since then all of his episodes have used a fourcc of XVID so you shouldn't have to worry about it.
As far as there being a problem with the way he compiles his codec I think that is highly unlikely. If you have MS visual studio 6 it is extremely straight forward to compile xvid, and I highly doubt he would do something as bold as to change the source code. |
