Barrier Jackets are field-type defenses, or Kekkai spells combined with Barrier-type defenses, or perhaps both. None of which counts as or works like an Increase spell.

Things like Horse Speed (Pferd) and Flier Fin are classed as Transport/Movement-type Support spells.

Caro tells Fate that attempting to Boost yourself is dangerous, and I think inefficient. Though that may be exactly what Nanoha's Blaster system attempts to do.

The question wasn't about increase-type spells. It was about RPG-style buff spells. Last I checked, protect and haste fell under that heading.

A question(although kinda weird) is that what language is the Saint Cradle "voice" thingy in?
Hmmm and also, if the Type I gadgets had stopped attacking, why were the Type 2 gadgets still attacking?

The announcer voice on the Cradle speaks in almost accent-free German/Belkan.

Well after Quattro was stopped by Nanoha, the Type I gadgets were shown to have stopped attacking the ground forces.
In episode 26, Signum, after unisoning with Agito, has to fight off Type IIs.

The Alhazardi seems to be fanon.

I don't recall it ever being mentioned in any of the materials I've read on Nanoha wiki, japanese or english, or even in the materials I've personally translated or read.

Al-Hazard was mentioned when Due spoke to the Brains about Unlimited Desire. Didn't say he was a clone of someone from Al-Hazard, though.

According to the Japanese Nanoha wiki he was created specifically for reviving Alhazardi technology for the supreme council/Brains

So the only solid info we have is that he was created to revive AlHazardi technology. Which means speculations can range from:
1. He is a clone of an Alhazardi, and they want to use to info of the tech in his head
2. He is a clone of an Old Belkan from earlier ages when Alhazard still exist (if we follow that translation) and so is the best bet on copying them
3. He is either a clone of a famous polymath or a designer baby, and they want to use his genius to figure out Alhazardi tech based on ancient records and other older-than-Belka archeological discoveries.
