I just hope that this anime will air on AT-X on its uncensored format.

Zetman... The manga has some really great arcs.

Yeah, it's a story with mature elements (not in a Berserk way, more in a Guyver sort of way) that I believe is still unfinished with 16 volumes out, so I'm expecting some 13- or 26-episode patchwork adaptation full of plot holes, but... It's still nice to dream. The cast is really that bad? If they made a lengthy adaptation like Monster and received guidance from the creator on the ending, and stuck to the source material, it might have potential.

Prediction - The Anime will Fail

Why - The story is bloodier and darker then berserk.
Why - censors will massacre it.
Why - because it is not finish

^Eh, we've seen adaptations being handled before with those reasons being a part of the series, and they certainly didn't fail. Far too soon to judge.

not too many adaptations of story like zetman.

there is dark and bloody like Berserk and then there is Zetman.

Whatever this is I kind of approve. Kind of in the mood for some straight up gar stuff lately.

As much as I love the manga, I don't know if an anime would do the series justice...ofc VA performance will make or break the show for me, if they can do a good job delivering the tragedy, then I'm in...

Actually I'd be very surprised if they get as far as Alfaaz, they'd need around 20 episodes, and it just seems longer than this is gonna last :P

It seems that Daisuke Namikawa and Miyano Mamoru will be in the lead roles. At least the voice cast is good

Well, I absolutely love the manga. Even with all those bleak predictions, I'm still hoping this will come out alright.

Well, of course I'm hoping this will come out alright. Rare to get a seinen action/drama/thriller/we adaptation these days. I think RAINBOW was the last one?

But I'm very skeptical because the staff has mostly worked with shounen stuff. And then there's the censors etc. etc.

I think I'll pick up the manga. Manga with gang bang can't be bad.

If Madhouse was doing it and the thing was FINISHED, THEN I would bite. But wouldn't it need like 39 eps though at the rate the story is going?

Lol @ good manga criteria

I never read the manga either. I did scroll through a lot of chapters though. Seems interesting enough.

Lol, the poster is depicting a scenario that the manga isn't even far enough to reach yet.

Seriously, so far, I think we're still in the 'prologue/origin' portion of the manga, even with 16 volumes out. Although I think the current arc will probably end with a timeskip back to the 'real' portion of of the story. Which pretty much makes me wonder how they can even fit all that story in without completely rewriting most of it.
