Zetman... The manga has some really great arcs.
Yeah, it's a story with mature elements (not in a Berserk way, more in a Guyver sort of way) that I believe is still unfinished with 16 volumes out, so I'm expecting some 13- or 26-episode patchwork adaptation full of plot holes, but... It's still nice to dream. The cast is really that bad? If they made a lengthy adaptation like Monster and received guidance from the creator on the ending, and stuck to the source material, it might have potential. |

Well, of course I'm hoping this will come out alright. Rare to get a seinen action/drama/thriller/we adaptation these days. I think RAINBOW was the last one?
But I'm very skeptical because the staff has mostly worked with shounen stuff. And then there's the censors etc. etc. I think I'll pick up the manga. Manga with gang bang can't be bad.

I never read the manga either. I did scroll through a lot of chapters though. Seems interesting enough. |

Lol, the poster is depicting a scenario that the manga isn't even far enough to reach yet.
Seriously, so far, I think we're still in the 'prologue/origin' portion of the manga, even with 16 volumes out. Although I think the current arc will probably end with a timeskip back to the 'real' portion of of the story. Which pretty much makes me wonder how they can even fit all that story in without completely rewriting most of it. |
