- Subaru and Teana are going through desk-job, writing report of previous battle.
As Erio and Caro are unavailable at the moment thanks to baby-sitting, they volunteered to write theirs too.
Apparently Teana prefers desk-job rather than baby sitting, which Subaru replies that she actually enjoyed it.
- Subaru moves on to write the part regarding Numbers, and she's astonished that after all the stuff Numbers did,
they were not using magic - but other different power source.
She also thinks further about that matter, that as they have such "energy" inside them, they're most likely...
But Teana interupts her with her state-of-are finger, and reminds Subaru that it's up to Leaders and Long-Arch to decide how to deal with them, and they're merely writing report to help them make decision.
Subaru thanks Teana, which makes her blushes in good tsundere way.
- Aces arrives at the Church and meets Carim and Chrono... it's revealed that it's the first time Carim meets N&F.
At first, both N&F kept all the polite manner, greeting to Chrono in "Admiral Chrono" with respecting way of talking, but as Carim tells them that the all are friends so relax, they both goes their usual tone.
Fate calls him "
Oniichan", which made him obviously embarrassed... Hey, who did let Chaos write the script for Anime Ep?
- Vivio finally goes to bed, so finally Erio and Caro can take a break... Caro really thinks she's an ordinary child, but Erio thinks otherwise.
He thinks that, if she's an artifical mage, it's unnatural that she already has language literacy and advanced knowledge... as even artifical mage born in "natural" way, it wouldn't make something like her.
He concludes that she has her own "memories" of the original person she's copied from... and
that "Project F" is not yet died.
- Back to Carim's room, Chrono reminds viewers about who's backing up RF6; Chrono, Carim, and Lindy.
However, it's also revealed that 3 Legendary Admirals also supported the establishment, and
unofficially promissed them that they'll give RF6 assistance if necessary.
- Now they're moving to the true reason...
First, Carim explains her own ability... of making Prophecy of closer future (from half a year, to several years maximum) and scribble it in a form of poem.
It's not too convenient, however, for she can make prophecies only one day per a year due to the placement of moons, and as these poems are written in Ancient Velka language so that they can be interpleted in many way, and prophecy only writes down the random upcoming events, so she may not be able to get the one she wants the most.
Due to the all these nature of prophecy, it's only marginally trustable than your neighberhood fortune-teller, so although all the TSAB's higher-ups reads through it, it's mostly ragarded as one of many expectation coming from analyst.
Unsuprisingly, Ground Army doesn't like this prophecy thing... because top of Ground Army is Regius himself.
- Since several years back, one ominous events started appearing on her prophecy... that
can be interpleted that,
"An incident start with presence of Lost Logia, which leads to the destruction of TSAB Ground Center, and eventually result in breakup of entire TSAB systems."
(Please pardon me for not translating the poem Carim is reading... it's 4 a.m!!
)
- Scene moves to Regius's office where Auris, his secretary, re-confirms that the inspection is scheduled in next week.
Regius says that whatever RF6 are plotting, it has always been the Ground, not Navy, that protected the world with their blood, and he swears that he won't let neither Navy nor Church do plans as they want.
He also reminds her that they've got higher-ups on their side, so don't worry and just find whatever scandal they have to blame.
Auris then tells him her reports from pre-inspection, which concludes that RF6 is well-made to be a scandal-proof, consisting mostly of newer personnel and only exists as an experimental unit for a limited time only.
Regius then regards them as "disposable" unit, well worth for criminal like Hayate.
Auris, however, seemed to show some sympathy to Hayate in that scene... that she thinks Hayate might even have asked for that "disposable" possition.
- Back to RF6 base, Aces splits back to their room... but Hayate stops N&F for some words.
Hayate reminds them that although they've yet to see how RF6 will result in, they're savior of her life no matter what.
N&F says don't mind it, that they're helped by Yagami family quite a lot too, and that's what friends are about.
Finally N&F tells her that she's doing nothing wrong, so give out order without worry, which Hayate takes and thank them.
- After the scene with N&F, Erio, Caro and Vivio, camera moves to Hayate's office in dark.
Hayate pulls out a photo album and starts her recollection of past...
Graham, Nanoha, Fate, Reinforce I, Wolkenlitter... she thanks everyone for her being alive in present.
Then she expresses her determination that she does not want anyone in this world to suffer the sadness like she had when Rein I went away... and that
She'll use her own life for that goal.
