Not bad, I will give you a tip, do not cut the lines, make it in a single trace, and imagine the hair like a waterfall, it always works to me

New sketch.Tried to imitate shuffle! art style and it turned out like this.

Tried to colour,but I stuck in the shading part.Any suggestions?Btw,this is one straight coloring,I don't vector it whatsoever.I'm pretty confused with the vectoring stuff,so i brushed and erase and repeat till I got it like this.

here's the lineart if anyone interested.
