Just because you don't agree with what I said, that doesn't make my comment immature. If you're offended because you happen to wear mary jane pumps yourself and are not a promiscuous person, then I sincerely apologize. Otherwise, lighten up -- I was only joking. It is NOT that serious. They're just some damned shoes. Sheesh...

I think I am, too. I don't know what your reasons for it are, but for me, the more success the elders have in ripping the inhabitants of that town apart, the more interesting this show becomes.

Part of me kind of even wants to see everyone she cares about get really messed up, so we can see a buck-wild and purely untamed Saya. But that's why I'm a viewer, and not a writer. I doubt that will happen. :B

The unfocused town scenes and the rusted car made me think that most of the town is actually abandoned and Saya was leaving the "experiment area".
There were papers on the shops' windows, maybe they were closed, too.

Well well well. I don't know what to say about Wata-inu. Back in the day, I would have squealed like a fangirl but nowadays, I am quite tired of (have grown out of?) CLAMP's usual so I pretty much didn't care at all. I just hope they manage to tie things down here because requiring the viewers to get how things work in the shop is already a taxing demand on a show that is already going slow and boring most people through and through >_>

Yippee! Watanuki is back!

Tokizane actually arrived in time to stop Saya from drinking the blood. I bet he's a part of the experiment also.

thinking about it, it may seem that the wish is could be - or could require - discovering who's the person Saya promised help to.

who could be wishing - and paying for - it?

did someone else wish about the Experiment and the seemingly "fake town", in the past, too?

the series seems quite focused on the theme of Promises and such:
- the Covenant
- the promise Saya's made
- the contract of the Shop
- Kimihiro promise

Loved the antagonist in Episode 7. Man, he was very cool and badass. Loved his little villain laugh too.

The plot is certainly thickening in Blood-C. I'm very interested to see how it progresses from here.

Have to admit I was getting freaky Kyubey-esque vibes off of the wish-granting dog....

I was just thinking about the meaning of the opening song's lyrics, and they foreshadow much of the show.

Is Blood C some kind of promotional anime for the next xxxholic OVAs?

o_0, you don't follow CLAMP much or something? The moment anything wish was mentioned - I was like, "meh, sup Watanuki", QB wasn't even on the register

Speaking of QB, I agree with QB on that the opening song more or less spoils everything that's happening and is gonna happen in the show >_>

I wanted a darker - TLVesque - treatment of the Blood franchise than this tbh. But oh well, it's CLAMP.

If they kept the momentum up, it would be predictable, and they run out of characters to kill.

I'd say this was welcome from my POV.

And its nice to see that there are others who saw what CLAMP did thar.

Well, it's obvious . The only way a CLAMP fan wouldn't notice is if he/she didn't watch the episode.

I hope that CLAMP crossover won't have too much relevance, or else there's a good chance I'll be completely lost. At any rate, I'm not too fond of magic being involved in this whole thing. In fact, I hate it.

The guy Saya made a promise with is obviously Guimauve-kun, unless they're trolling us with that narration. That would mean he's not such a bad guy then, which would be kind of surprising. I don't know what to think about him anymore.

Saya looks like going to drink the blood on the ground...

was expecting the fight to end a bit more exciting than "red eye > 1 slash > kill"

Saya is beating herself up for not managing to save everyone & the flashbacks are starting to get pretty interesting.
The weird dog is talking to Saya a lot now, at least we got some new info from it & about it. I'm starting to think that cafe owner is actually the weird talking dog...
The monsters are sure starting to show up at any time of the day, this is getting really interesting. Guess her dad is hiding a pretty big secret!

Well it looks like Saya IS "saya's mom". Question is, what was the price for the wish?

[Oh watanuki...I wish it was Yuuko instead though...oh Yuuko :\]

Watched, and enjoyed, much of Card Captor Sakura. Also liked (and finished) Magic Knight Rayearth, and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. Tried xxxHolic, but never really got into it.

I haven't seen everything CLAMP's done though. My familiarity with CLAMP is pretty much due to my fondness for magical girl properties in general.
