I believe that in the end, Yuji will somehow forced himself out of the control of Ceremonial Snake, thus giving Shana and other frame haze the chance to defeat Ceremonial Snake.

Remember in the final episode in the anime when Shana tried to break through Hecate's forceshield. Only after Yuji separated himself from Hecate, then the forceshield was weakened, allowing Shana to break through.

These are my thought, it could be wrong. Feel free to correct me.

If you're talking about confessing their feelings to each other properly, then no, not yet, apart from that, those moments you're talking about are all over the novels, look for them yourself, it's not that hard to find.

There is Chinese translations. The English translations are behind i m sure.

On this as far as I can see not yet no.

Indeed this situation does seems very likely. However I'm still hoping this can go a different route.

and I remember Chinese translations are up to 15 atm.... Right after I slogged through Vol 15 in Japanese too....
