Your mention of Mass Effect and the earlier trailer spoofs in this thread made this pop into my mind:

Vita: taking the fight to Al-Hazred in person... Looking forward to the action. Cinque: Attaking Al-hazard would require passing through a Dimensional Displacement. No ship has ever returned from doing so. Jail: The team will have to be strong, their resolve unquestionable. Nanoha: We need to give everything, even if it means our lives! We will stop at nothing!  ---- [CAPTION: In the near future] [Opening scene: Fate is inside a nondescript room, surrounded by several Bureau Ground Forces grunts. As she jumps up, slashing one of them across the chest with Bardiche's Riot Zamber blade, time slows down when the camera passes her face, collected in a tranquil fury way] Fate (VO): Hello. My name is Fate. [Time speeds up again, as the grunt goes flying across the room. Fate proceeds to take down the rest of them] F (VO): I was born into a world you may not understand. [Scene shift: A Bureau lab in a classified location somewhere on the Mid] F (VO): I'll start at the beginning. Everything changed when a Bureau lab discovered that Eclipse virus caused genetic mutation. [Scene shift: Sciencey stuff inside the lab] F (VO): They used it to create faster and stonger soldiers. [Shot of Nanoha inside a testing facility, dressed in Black Knight armor. She punches through a wall with her bare hands, then summons a Divider and aims it at a scientist] F (VO): The problem was... [Nanoha shoots the scientist, then breaks out through a wall, followed closely by Eclipse-infected Hayate and Fate] F (VO): ...we became a threat. [Scene shift: Regius surrounded by Ground Forces officers] R: I want them hunted down and killed. [Scene shift: Nanoha, Hayate, Fate, Subaru, and Teana are swarmed by a horde of Ground Forces in a sciencey room] GF grunt: On your knees! [Nanoha & Co. prepare for a fight] [Scene shift: Fate walking alone through a crowd] GF grunt (on the radio): We managed to eradicate almost all of them. [Scene shift: Fate drives Bikediche (which looks suspiciously like the Hückebikes) through a glass wall into another lab] F (VO): Those of us who survived extinction started fighting back. [Fate stands up and sets her Barrier Jacket to New Sonic Form, as the first wave of mooks avances onto her] [Scene shift: Fate is pursued by Aerial Mages through the Cranagan airspace] Yuuno (on the phone): If you are compromised, destroy it. F: Copy that! [Scene shift back to the lab fight, Fate slicing a group of mages with her scythe-like Divider] Narrator VO: They made her a weapon. [Brief flash to Fate in the Cardiche, talking to Vivio sitting on the front seat] F: [indifferently] Killing is what I do. That's what I am good at. [Scene shift back to the lab fight] Narrator VO: They made her a target. [Back to Cardiche, Fate notices Ground Forces closing in on them] F: The humans want me. [revs up the engine, smashing the Ground Mages into a wall] [Scene shift: Yuuno's hideout] Y: You jeopardize everything by coming here. F: I don't have any place left to go, Yuuno. Besides, you have all the cartridges. [Scene shift back to the lab fight: The second wave of Ground Forces approaches, this time officers, and Fate is fresh out of cartridges. Unperturbed, she raises Bardiche blades and takes the first charging officer down with a single strike] [Scene shift: Fate calmly walking into the main entrance of the Ground Forces HQ on the Mid, passing through rows of motionless GF grunts. Regius is walking through the corridors to meet her] Narrator VO: And in the final days of the Bureau's greatest crisis... R [to Auris]: This is pure suicide! [Brief scene shift: Verossa acting all hands-on with Fate until she pushes him away] V: No one but you could have pulled this off. [Scene shift back to GF HQ, Fate is still walking through] Narrator VO: ...she will decide their fate. [Fate walks out into a large inner yard, filled with rows and rows of Ground Forces grunts. Regius is standing on the opposite side with a gun in his hand. Fate calmly sets her Divider to gun mode and brandiches Bardiche blade. Camera pans over the hundreds of GF mages] R [raises his hands to his sides in the direction of his army]: Are you mental? F: Come and get it. [The Ground Forces begin firing but Fate evades them all on superspeed, moving up close to Regius. He tries to punch her but his arm goes right through the afterimage she left behind] [Scene shift: Fate walks through a corridor, loading fresh cartridges into her Divider and Bardiche] Auris [on the speakers]: Why are you doing this? F [bored]: Because I hate humans. A: You used to be human! F: But not anymore, right? I got sick and now I'm something worthy of extermination. A: You won't get out of this complex alive. F [just finished loading]: Watch me. [Scene shift back to the lab fight, as the THIRD wave approaches. Lots of awesome chase and fight scenes follow. Buried among them is a brief one where Vivio stands on the edge of a skyscraper, ready to jump off] [Final scene shift: Fate leaps off a three story high building, lands hard, and stands up slowly] F (VO): My name is Fate. I was born into a world you may not understand. [BIG CAPTION: Magical Record Lyrical Nanoha Eclipse] [Stinger: A silhouette of a Ground Forces grunt standing watch. A slashing sound is heard, then the grunt falls down, revealing a much more slender silhouette of Fate behind him]

I think this should be very easy to guess (and I had to fudge some stuff on purpose), but still.
[Opening: There is a flash. Light shining from a set of windows into a dark room forms a cross. A panel on a far wall bears the mark of the TSAB. The camera moves towards the sigil.] Narrator: For centuries we have- [The room lights up, revealing many glass-paneled compartments. Words fade in and out of sight.] Narrator: -fought against the Alhazredians. Now, fellow Bureau members, we- [The camera shifts to right in front of the sigil.] Narrator: -will win this war once and for all. [Fade to white, scene shift. A figure is running in slow-motion. We zoom out to see that this is Vita, who is running on a rooftop. Behind her is Fate. Vita takes a leap...] [... and lands heavily on another rooftop.] [Fate glows with yellow energy, speeds up noticeably and leaps onto the rooftop Vita just landed on.] [Vita and Fate run on and jump between several rooftops. As Vita nears the edge of one roof, she does... something and an explosion accompanied by smoke occurs.] [Fate reaches the edge of the roof in time to see Vita duck into a crowd.] [As Vita makes her way through some streets and through a doorway, she fails to notice Aria Lieze seated on a bench next to the door. Aria adopts the masked man disguise and gets to her feet.] [Vita walks down a street, her back to the camera, when Aria walks up behind her.] [Front view of Vita looking about with Aria in the background. Unknown to him, Fate is watching.] [In a dark alley, Shamal kills someone.] [Schach walks intimidatingly towards somewhere.] [Yuuno darts out from behind cover and throws a spell at Fate, but this Fate turns out to be an illusion.] [Yuuno looks confused. Fate, watching from a nearby spot, reactivates Bardiche, then pounces on Yuuno and shanks him. She looks up to see Shamal and Schach approaching.] [Cut to isometric overhead view of Fate, Shamal and Schach, then fade to white. <Insert title of work here> appears.] [Still image of Zafira against a black background. The words next to him say: "Unlock the Zafira multiplayer character <line break> Preorder <insert title here>"] ???: Get the deadly Zafira multiplayer character only when you preorder at Gamestop! Well, I'm stumped on that last one. Here's mine. Try and guess it.
FROM THE BEGINNING. COMES THE END. (Midchilda comes into view) Neutrin Remote Scanning Outpost: Cranagan Station, this is Neutrin RSO. Unconfirmed report of an in-system voidspace rupture. Cranagan Station: Impossible. Check your source. Neutrin: Reading multiple pings below the orbital defense grid... Cranagan Station: Oh, this can't be happening... TSAB Operator: There's no mistake. It's them. A destroyed TSAB Frigate is shown in Midchilda's orbit. Several other TSAB ships fly below. City lights are visible on the surface of the planet, many in circular patterns. TSAB Operator: Autumn Contingency has been declared. All units are mobilized and ready. Fate: This is Lightning-1, Capt. Harlaown, prepped for combat insertion. A massive plasma blast hits the planet surface. The city lights go out, sections at a time. TSAB Operator: What the hell was that?! Pilot Vice: We're coming in hot! Hold on! Several more explosions are seen on the planet. Piliot: We just lost our chopper! Adm. Chrono: Oh my gods... what the hell is happening down there? Comm chatter overlapping, incomprehensible. TSAB Marine: There's still people down there! Chrono: The city just dropped off my map. Marine: Where's our evac?! Marine: We're overrun! We'll hold this position as long as we can! ... Chrono: I need you in that fight, Stars-One. ...Star-One, come in... Star-One, do you read me? NANOHA: MIDCHILDA Nanoha: This is Star-1, Capt. Takamachi. You've got RF6 on the ground, sir. It's a pity there's so few decent cinematics from the RTS genre. Red Alert 3 especially are just to narmy for me...still much less disgusting than C&C: T Twilight though... [shakes head dismissively] GG [stands up]: Your mother was Captain of a starship for twelve minutes. [Brief flashes of a grand battle in the Dimension Sea] GG (VO): She saved 800 lives. [Flash of young Lindy carrying baby Hayate to safety] GG (VO): Including yours. [Scene shift back: Hayate sitting on her bike, watching a drydock from afar, where Wolfram is being built] GG (VO) [as the camera lingers on the Wolfram starting to light up]: I dare you to do better. Not what I’d call a routine operation, but it doesn’t matter. We know what we’re up against because we’ve seen it all before. The cyborgs come to kill us, and the TSAB? We do our best to kill them first. -A bunch of boring stuff about weapons that doesn't really fit =P- *Helicopter is approaching the landing pad – with two type-IIs on its tail.* Schach: Gadgets! On your six! Hit the deck! *The chopper is hit and damaged, falling out of sight. Zafira: We’re losing her! Yuuno: Aaaahhh! Schach: Yuuno! Zafira! Status! *turns to Vice* Alive or dead, we’re pulling them out! You hear me? *readies Winderschaft* Make some noise. I got your back. Schach VO: Scaglietti has found the Cradle. He owns Cranagan. Anyone who could have driven him off is dead or gone... I'd say that makes for desperate times. Me and my team? Guess we're the desperate measures. TITLE: Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha: Underappreciated Character Limelight Squad. OK, so the only problems are that this assasinates Vice's character, there's no real fit for the Rookie in MGLN... and it implies a past Schach/Chrono romance
