That sounds like a phenomenal focus to end the show. Really wouldn't have expected anything else.

1) Can Kotetsu save his daughter in time?

2) or is Kaede now under Maverick's influence?! I'm afraid that she can't use her NEXT power anymore.

3) IF Barnaby & Kotetsu failed to stop the Robot Tiger in time, will the other heroes be crushed by the spike filled room/killed by the exploding necklaces?

4) What will happen to Kotetsu when his power runs out during the fight against Robot Tiger?

5) Where's Lunatic that I need him... IF he doesn't show up in the last 2 episodes, I'll be damned. The situation will be left uncleared wondering what really happened to him until we find out what's next in Season 2 even the truth about Ouroboros.

What I expect in the final fight against robo tiger;
Robo tiger is too strong, is able to beat Bunny and Tiger, Bunny realizes Kotetsu's power is running out sooner than usual. After the first round of power usage Kotetsu gets his ass kicked, Bunny tries going all out but can't beat him either. Kotetsu uses the last remaining bit of power he still has in combination with the enhanced 100 power when Bunny is about to lose, manages to beat robo tiger and princess carry somewhere along the way.

Dat sacrifice, I thought they had been leaning back on the whole power reduction thing. It came back in a tenfold in the end.
We still don't know if Kotetsu is actually dead or not, but the episode title of the last episode makes me think he is.
Vitals are not being read from the suit (it's destroyed of course but still)..

Maverick comes in at the end, so no idea how ti will end. Maybe Maverick will finally see the error of his ways after Kotetsu finally dies or he will be able to do something else.

Worst case; he can transplant Kotetsu's memories.. and we might get an Android Tiger, but certainly they wouldn't go this far.

Wild Tiger goes down in history making his name immortal ;_;

Great episode, not amazing but for a super hero show it is a good outcome for the final battle.

I cried. If Kotetsu is dead 1) what is season 2 going to be about and 2) I will resent this show forever. He didn't deserve to die that way, not after all he's been through. Also Barnaby and Kotetsu's "last words" to each other...oh my gosh so tragic.

The problem with a show this popular is that you just know they won't have the balls to kill off the main characters. As such, the drama fell mostly flat for me. Though I did sort of appreciate that the main hook to RoboTiger was that it could only be destroyed by it's own weapon; not that it had some uber awesome fighting abilities. Also liked the little glimpse into Lunatic's encounter with RoboTiger and Antonio's reason for considering the button.

So let's see how they explain Kotetsu's recovery next week. New Power? His suit was destroyed so that could explain the lack of a signal.

I seriously wonder why people are even considering the possibility that Kotetsu is dead. I appreciated the drama and the emotional scene, and as a fan of Morita Masakazu I really appreciated his performance as Bunny, but seriously, if Kotetsu is really dead-- and he stays dead-- I'm going to eat my favorite hat.

Also, I wonder if the animation team was crying as well while animating the scene - I'm usually not one to dwell on off-model animation unless it's truly horrible, but here it was very distracting.

You do know this is Sunrise aka "We see your favourite character is alive, let us help you with that" Sunrise.

And really, guys, the "Sunrise always kills main characters" thing is just a meme. Has anyone here seen Infinite Ryvius? That show went to some of the darkest places I've seen anime go. Perhaps if the tone of the show were darker I'd be more convinced. The only more recent example I can think of, where they did kill the main character, involved a series that was based on a light novel where everything was already established.
