Well, by meritocracy, it was either him or Seiya. Harbinger was kicking ass and putting his life on the line while others were hiding below rubble.

But seriously, he was the most developed Gold Saint, this doesn't surprise me much.

I think Yoshida is too prolific of an anime writer to commit herself to work in the same series for two straight years.
That and Omega wouldn't have two seasons, so the original staff probably signed for one year only.

i know already that my friends tell me that. i not talk about same time line. i talk about they same did to omega drawing not good plus they ruin the story.

i talking about is action and adventure plus super natural like this marvel.

they ruin Disk Wars: Avengers into digimon frontier. like they did in saint seiya omega my friends tell me next is sailor moon not gona follow manga story gona make own story like omega

i hope toei not ruin sailor moon in july.

I liked the first episode of Matsutaro, but i wonder what the hell Toei is thinking...it seems this series has pretty much nothing that would be appealing to kids. It looks absolutely old school, it's slow paced and there's no room for merchandising. Maybe they expect 'parents and kids will watch together" like they went for with Omega, but i think it should be in a different timeslot.

Anyway, one aspect linking it to Omega is that Noboru Koizumi is the chief animation director and character designer. Koizumi made some of the best episodes in Omega, including the Seiya vs Titan one where the Sagittarius cloth looked stunning. His style of angular faces is very recognizable.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Is it even possible to ruin the "story" of Saint Seiya?
And they're not 'ruining" anything, Disk Wars actually looks fun and well made, especially compared to the horrible Marvel animations Disney has been putting out lately.
