Thumbs up MeaningFul, Mystery, Deep, Surreal Anime

Hi I would love to watch some animes that contain MeaningFul, Mystery, Deep, Surreal .

Similar Animes that I have watched and what I think
Interlude < one of the best meaningful anime, except the ecchi
Gantz < Mystery, Good Characters relationships, SURREAL
Eva < no need to say . I dont like Rahxphen tho
Monster < Mystery, Good Drama, Surreal
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni < watched, the main character is
so Dumb, stupid, wimp .... Trying to create Horro mood, but look
child Play to me.
BLood+ < average
Kurau phantom memory < Animations very good, but the story
is so boring, no excitment. Finished this anime in 2 months lol.
Haibane Renmei < Not original, Girls type, spiritual, but not a
bad anime
Pet Shop of Horrors < I like it
XxxHOLiC < same as Pet Shop
Lain < love too
Kindaichi < Dont know if anyone seen this, I love it so much.
(I know there are some Children detective animes, but I dont like them.)
Hitsuji no Uta < OK Acceptable.
Boogiepop Phantom < Another Great rare anime
Hack//Sign and Noir < Watched Both, Main Characters are trying to be
Cool, Cold pretend to be some shit.
Jigoku Shojou < OK not bad .
Berserk < attractive storyline.
Elfen lied < Good.
Paranoia Agent < One of the best unique anime, some scenes remind me
of FLCL.
Mushishi < another great quiet anime that I have watched =)

Note: I dont want unfinish animes, like Death note, Red Gardan etc.....

Welcome to the NHK (link below)
Ergo Proxy

I've been rewatching Narutaru because it's airing on Comcast again. What a disturbing vision of childhood.

Texhnolyze - Enjoyed it, yet couldn't quite grasp it. Quite strange at times.

2nd Ergo Proxy

Meaningful, mysterious, deep, and surreal?

Sounds like four terms that describe Spirited Away, one of the recent works by Hayao Miyazaki.

If you're not adverse to a family-style film, give it a shot.

Zettai Shounen - Mystery, deepish, surreal, probably not meaningful but it doesn't really need to be. Good series, I enjoyed it

Juuni Kokuki - deep fantasy world, evolving characters
Shoujo Kakumei Utena - deep/meaningful/mysterious (I guess) though I didn't really like it
Arjuna - meaningful as far as its tree-hugging message goes
Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa - same tree-hugging message, but more subtle
Furi Kuri - it's either very deep and meaningful or does a great job pretending to be. very surreal
Tenshi no Tamago - surreal
Wolf`s Rain - surreal as far as all the main characters seem to be wolves and people at the same time. seems to be deep (was actually my first anime so its been a while...)

In no particular order:

Infinite Ryvius (deepness, mystery, meaningful)
Voices of a Distant Star (surrealsim and meaningful)
The Big O (surreal, deep, mysterious, action)
Perfect Blue (mystery, detective story)
Le portrait de petite Cosette (not deep, but surreal and fun to see)
Kumo no Mukou, Yakusoku no Basho (Beyond the Clouds) (surreal imagery)
Argento Soma (deep, mystery, meaningful)

This may be an odd suggestion, but... how about Air? Air starts out like a harem show, but... well... by about halfway through, it's obvious that's NOT what it is... and as you keep watching, you'll find yourself wondering if it's even the same show. It's surprisingly deep, unique, and intriguing, with a lot of mystery, and a WHOLE lot of surreality...

Also, "The Place Promised In Our Early Days", by the same guy who did "Voices of a Distant Star", is a really great choice as well. It's slow, but it's... well, just really beautiful. And a lot deeper than people seem to expect from it.
