Well, went 2-1 (Total 36-18). Wasn't that surprised that Saori lose, while Saten-san win by a bigger margin than I thought she would against Yami...
Guess next round... E-3: Sayaka - The other two way too weak for any assassination to happen... E-7: Ayumi - Fairly weak group, so Ayumi should advanced fairly easily E-11: Ohana - Her opponent are worse than Sayaka's... |

Spoiler for oops:
guesses- E3- Sayaka (Yuina's only hope is that Raildex's faction votes for her en masse) E7- Reki (mainly since Kaminomi isn't doing well) E11- Ohana (will cruise to victory, meaning she won't be of any help to Yuina)

Yesterday's Results:
Mizushiro Kanon - 108 Saten Ruiko - 250 Konjiki no Yami - 167 Minette - 134 Mitsuki Sohara - 235 Nino - 80 Saori Bajeena - 197 Hasegawa Hirano - 206 Keikain Yura - 86 While Saten throwing the match to avoid split votes in Round 2 was a possibility, I guess just ignoring that and crushing Yami was also one way to go. I guess maybe Yami was too weak to throw the match to anyways. Saten is going to have a tough time next round. Sohara looked about as good as you could expect. Saori turns out to not be as strong as I thought and loses to Hirano. Today's matches: Wakura Yuina vs Kusano vs Miki Sayaka Takahara Ayumi vs Reki vs Faris Nyan-Nyan Tsuda Kotomi vs Matsumae Ohana vs Sawanatsu Kotone Even one of the less popular Madoka Puella Magi is still one of the strongest characters in the contest. That's what I currently think anyways. Today we'll see a bit of just how strong Sayaka is and if she can capitalize on the split votes next round. Neither Yuina nor Kusano is all that strong, though. Sayaka shouldn't have much trouble winning today. The second match seems to be a battle between Reki and Ayumi. They are both midcarders of what should be fairly equal strength. I think Reki has a slight edge and will win. The third match has another one of the strongest character in the contest. Ohana is the winner of the 4th preliminary group. Her opponents aren't very strong so like Sayaka she shouldn't have problems winning. Votes: Miki Sayaka Reki Matsumae Ohana Prediction: Miki Sayaka Reki Matsumae Ohana

Result so far 22-24-8; only 7 picks of mine remains in JMOE with Homura Akemi, Mayushii, and Erio's Elimination. Victorica, Elsie, Ika Musume, Menma, and Char move on to the next round. Picks for 9/5/2011 E3 Yuina Wakura (Let's face it, Sayaka Miki even in her desperation can't beat a previously spoiled girl who just doesn't want that much effort cause its boring or even the loli girl that can sprout woods out of nowhere. With Ohana around, this is Yuina Wakura possible victory.) E7 Ayumi Takahara (After learning that Feyris is already.., only Ayumi have what it takes to win, a certain part of the manga should be animated that involves an aggressive approach of Keima, 2 birds with one stone indeed.) E11 Ohana Matsumae (Unless the To Aru faction plans to assassinate Hobiron, we expect her to walk through this round without much hindrance.) |

I was thinking the same for predictions because there are assassination attempts and using preliminary ranks for predictions and thinking the character is stronger because they came out of 1st prelims are probably the worst way to predict winners in my opinion unless all 3 of the girls' series doesn't have an anti base or a love base or both. Overall I think it comes down to how much an anti base of the series the girls are in has. I also think assassinations aren't easy unless the series the girls are in has a huge anti-base. Oh wow Yuina and Ohana had a giant vote spike there
