There was that little boy Misaka hanged out with babysitting a group of kids (don't know if this was anime only) the kids she got the gekota pin with iir. He was an electromaster.

ohh rigth, but now that i think about that, wasnt all that before both mikoto and accel entered AC?therefore before the whole esper system? gemstones? i mean wasnt mikoto entering AC in kurokos flashback in railgun? or am i mistaken?.

also, im wondering if it has been said what are the connections between gremlin and the nordic deitys?i mean are they reincarnations, avatars, the deitys themselves?

mikoto and accelerator aren't gemstones, they became espers through the curriculum. mikoto was already a level 5 during kuroko's flashback. and afaik, academy city's been around for around 50 years already.

uiharu mentioned being a Level 1 since elementary school. i assume children enter Academy City at around Kindergarten (this was Touma's case). they mess with the children's heads pretty early so i assume becoming espers before middle school is the norm.

They DID NOT STARTED AT LEVEL 0!!
If there would have been a lenghty curriculum starting from kindergarden/elem. school,
there would have been a certain period of time where those people would have been LEVEL 0s.

My only conclusion to that is that there is some really short curriculum that awakens powers right of the start.
Something short, for example less than a week, that "does not counts" and after it ends you end up as either level 0 or 1.

PS: Please note how fast and cheap is the production of Misaka Clones and they are already level 2s.
