Mashima gained some points with the whole Lucy's dad thing and possibly those secrets we don't know about yet. I mean...7 years have passed, bad things were bound to happen.

Guessing Jellal was executed, Raven Tail reached top power in the dark guild world and Ultear is possibly the leader or founder or something of the number 1 guild. Just three quick guesses.

Also...yea...did Natsu really expect to leave his money in that dump for 7 years and not have it stolen? xD

Took long this week...page 16 is yanking my chain all around Magnolia though, Gerard has something going on, Makarov is interested in a certain guild, Lucy's got family issues again...

But most importantly, I feel this is the first time that the narrator speaks in first person, kinda leaning towards Lucy, hmm...other than that, good chapter, turns out we'll get to know what happened in these 7 years after all!

I wouldn't count Jellal being dead just yet, even if it was said in a later chapter, I'd still suspect he would be alive somewhere

I loved how Erza turned the subject onto herself, she seems to get quite easliy flustered when it comes to relationships.
Seems she is a real maiden at heart depsite reading some certain "special interest literature"

Wendy's hopes and dreams smashed or almost smashed to bits?

And as I said before Juiva's "Pandemonium" was the best bit of the chapter, that relationship chart is just hilarious!

Now the deal with Fiore's no 1 guild I think it might be Twlight Orge, they are after all the guild that taken the spot of Fairy Tail so to speak, it would be easy to build on that. Even if they aren't really a guild of real power, putting up an act is easy enough but I think they probably are quite strong and we've only seen stooges so far.
So possible guild vs guild again, which in turn should bring FT under the watchful eye of the council.

I hope we're not left wondering about the questions popping up this chapter for too long.

The back rent thing is more surprising. The landlady should have just sent Lucy's stuff to the guild for storage and rented the room to somebody else.

And im pretty sure Marvarovs son will be the leader of the no1 guild or a member of the council.
The council will be filled of arrogant losers/evil guys.

Im hoping for a sweet NatsuxLucy moment next chapter

I believe the best guild is the one demanding money too. Noone should pay that ridiculous sum, maybe Lucy made a contract (she does like doing that) with the landlady and feels/is obligated to pay it?

I bet Jellal is out trying to avenge Erza or something.

I think this is very interesting. Gildarts should help out a lot though, I mean it's not like there are any big jobs for him to do anymore.

I don't think he's stolen Ivan's place either. Plus, he has more history with Grimoire Heart, if he's going to go down that route.

Well, Grimoire Heart got ruined, so there's only two dark guilds left, and since we know nothing about Tartaros, I'm kinda expecting to see him connected to Raven Tail in some way. What I'd hate to see though, is him back in the council for whatever reason :P

Actually...Number one guild = founded by Ultear and Meldy with disguised Jellal as S-class member.

I doubt this since Ultear betrayed the old council, so I don't see them letting her set up a guild and become known as no.1 throughout Fiore.
If so it would be a dark guild but I don't think Leo would say they were 2nd best to a dark guild.

Plus way things went with Ultear, I think her and Meredy are more likely to settle somewhere quiet.

But then who knows, something big musta happened with Ultear by the looks of it and it's got my interest the most atm.
Don't care for Jellal and well Zeref I think we're in for the long run so better off looking for something interesting else where.
