Same criterias as the last contest - I mostly made sure the colors went well with the orange background (since the forums can't be updated yet without the winning banners, I had to fix an orange template myself in Paint and paste all the banners into it - I think some banners' edges are too dark, btw).

From my opinion, some banner din't really show "Halloween"...
i'm not gonna tell which it is, haha... but still nice work..
For me, i like banner which is more than "cut & paste"..
So effect is more important.. and also 1st impression.. LOL.

Yeah...that's what I did... *shifty eyes*

Truth is I did infact start that picture about 2 weeks before the contest was announced but when the contest was announced I went into a colouring frenzy to get it done in time because I thought it would suit the banner contest. So in a way it was drawn for the contest actually. Yay!

Now I know you would have liked Kairin to have size DD, but I had an image of her to up hold. I couldn't let people think she was a generic anime character with big boobs. She's at a happy medium...not too small and not too big...and on that note I have now sunk to a new low discussing Kairin's chest size on the forums. lol...
