As far as I know the psp isn't region locked so it should work iirc only movies are region locked

I'm not sure about that. I know that games till well into the Playstation area were region-coded, as I had to get my consoles modded or buy a converter to get them to play foreign games on it. I don't know if that goes for handhelds as well, though.

The PS3 isn't region locked and I'm pretty sure the psp isn't either, I think you're talking about the ps2 which does indeed need a converter

It is meant to be played like Hatsune Miku : Project Diva. The unlock options are probably the same as Project Diva 2's too.

I thought PSP games are universal. Whatever doesn't work, there is always something called CFW.

Ah...the beauty of engineering minds - always trumping the sales & marketing one.

When it comes to the PSP, given how part of my collection for that system consists of import games (including Project Diva 2), I'm sure that K-On! for the PSP will work for that system.

After seeing a video for the game, I may have to be on the look out for this game during Anime USA (if a certain dealer does show up this year, since they weren't there last year).

Yuilicious. Too bad KyoAni's gonna go trigger happy on the price, so I won't be giving her a second glance. Sorry Yui, momma doesn't buy overpriced and exclusives.

Does anybody know if there are any significant differences between the aired and Blu-Ray versions of K-ON? (besides the quality, of course)

I don't believe so; no Easter eggs added, and no added fixes (Kyo Ani knows how to finish what they start, on time). Even if so, nothing Bakemonogatari level. (fyi that series had major changes, mostly fixes, between the broadcast version and the DVD/Blu-Rays).

I thought that games weren't region locked until NES, and have been the same since?

PSP-1000, -2000, and -3000 games aren't locked. I believe that PSP Go games may be region locked, but this K-ON game is a physical disc, so it's region free.

YES THE QUALITY is 10TIMES better! and its in full screen, unlike the Tv Size version, which it cuts parts off the show. The Normal Version or Aired version has stuff cut out of the screen, so you can't fully see everything

(This was taken from my laptop which has BluRay)

BluRay

Normal TV Size

Oooh. Hm... Maybe I should get the Blu-Ray versions then.

Although I was hoping for something like Komari mentioned with Bakemonogatari (loads of "extra" features/changes... Even reanimating almost the whole ninth episode!)

I'm thinking of having a K-ON Marathon with my friend anyways before the last episode... OK BLU RAY, HERE I COME!

Those are Figma bikes. Assemble them and put your desired figma on them. Comes on different colors and you can also re-color them.
