It may simply be adrift. Kurousagi has told us that the Little Garden was created. Some deific being may have simply gathered up a bunch of matter, formed it into this basic shape and left it floating in a relative void, with no way in or out beyond interdimensional teleportation.
It would not really be that surprising... this is essentially a casino writ superhuge. The idea of someone creating or devoting an entire world to gambling or resort getaways or such things is not even close to being new in fiction, after all. And there are plenty of fictional stories where godlike beings bring people to some isolated or artificial world to fight for its entertainment, so why not stretch that out to include more creative things than just fighting, and subcontract the "bring people there" part out a bit, let things run for a few centuries developing their own culture, and you have the Little Garden.

yeah I remember that, of course back in ep2 , they haven't yet told u the whole thing was the size of the sun seems to be some scaling issues though because at that size one shouldn't be able to see details like we do on that picture...for comparison the width of one those waterfalls would be several times the diameter of the Earth, the trees&'forests shouldn't be that textured should be no more than flat patches of green. unless you have forests made of Ygdrassil trees

Extrapolated from the mass/gravity relationship of other planets in our solar system found on Wikipedia. I'm no astronomer though, so I can't say if it's correct.

Btw, most fantasy games, anime or whatnot with their own fictional world, as a whole, are very often even not as wide as a single real life continent. The scale of our 'little' Earth is actually a whole lot bigger than what most people could imagine (and thus translate correctly to fiction) even when we already have a world map and a globe. And now we have a star sized planet? My disbelief is in a very tight suspension there .
Aside from alternate history, ASB and their variants, I don't think I remember having seen a fantasy world even as wide as our Earth. The most probable reason for it that I can think of is the lack of content to fill in a space that large.

^ ahah yeah, we always hear the saying imagination is limitless and wide, and yet few can ever really appreciate the sheer magnitude of the universe. It's really daunting for authors to do world building at this scale so they usually concentrate on specifics, and leave the rest to "unknown", or build worlds like "Waterworlds" which is mostly featureless water, or like in Dune with itss expanse of Featureless sand ^^....which creates issues such as this. ( well not much an issue really ...just a mmm disconnect?)

yeah definitely magic....actually they didn't specify what "size" they meant whether it was diameter or volume, also mass would not only depend on the volume but also the Density of the whole...like how neutron stars are...relatively smaller in volume but has very high density >>mass. anyway above statement can still be true depending on various factors, especially with magic included in the mix.

A more specific reason why 13000 times the size does not equal 13000 times the mass is because different layers have different densities. Generally, it gets denser the closer you go to the core, one of the reason being temperature and pressure. A 13000 times increase in volume mean about 24 times increase in diameter. That's DEEP, the temperature and pressure at the core would be astronomical and the density values would be unbelievable long before you even reach the core. So yeah, it's probably very likely that this planet would collapse onto itself if it exists in real life

earth diameter (equator) - 12,756.32 Km x 13,000 = 165,832,160 km sun diameter - 1,392,684 km betelgeuse diameter : 660,250,000 - 834,000,000 km antares diameter : 613,685,000 km rigel : 51,430,000 km deneb : 141,085,000 - 152,900,000 km but yeah, since it's hard enough to think about a rocky object the size of the sun magic or no magic, let alone giant type sizes. so I too think they probably meant volume...unless the author wasn't even thinking about it and just brushed off it in passing.... Quote:
----- edit: rethinking on second thought it might not even be volume i think it's more on surface area rather than diameter & volume, since as we've seen little garden is flat rather than spherical, and they we're talking about travel distances. and so : Earth Surface Area 510,072,000 km² Sun Surface area 6.0877×10¹² km² 11,990 × Earth this is near enough the 13,000 number they uttered yes?

Unless that was like star sized mountains and the waterfalls are raining planets

I think I've figured out why Izayoi is so powerful, and coincidentally, why he always wears headphones...
He listens to the theme song on auto-repeat during a battle. |

Images Took them longer then I expected, if I can be honest about it. Sorry; dynamic content not loaded. Reload? Both good for mostly sex appeal and teasing while they are quite strong if serious
