Gameplay wise or plot wise?
Gameplay wise, there aren't much different as the game is so easy.
Plot wise? It'll be Xero.

Xero for sheer power, but Kiriya takes the cake for versatility IIRC.

Just got the game. The MC seriously sounds like Lu Dongbin from the 8 Immortals with that spirit sword.

And the storyline is so much like.......Ar Tonelico.

I don't know if the term has an actual name or not....it's the bunch of entities you need to find to release the Shining Blade's full potential.

So...JP Wikipedia has confirmation on Fafner's VA. Cross-referencing that...

Ishida Akira, who is already voicing the mercenary Isari...digging further back though...he's Kiriya's VA...

Ever since Fafner's ability was revealed, added with the design of his sword.... through deduction method, we can find out who he is before we actually hear his voice.
Though, I was actually hoping it would not be him... as that'll be typical. They could have thrown in the other character that was voiced by Houshi, which could be more entertaining.

Keriner is not the only one. The list of casualties expands later on.
But still, how did those lousy villains managed to kill them?

The other character actually would've made more sense given that he's actually in Endias...

And yeah, The next people on the list of casualties is kinda WUT. The top thirteen of what is possibly the strongest country, taken out?

the battle system is so much like Valkyria Chronicles XD (must be made by the same company)
enemies are not that hard to beat but I dunno why I'm having so much time playing this game XD Currently on Chapter 8 :3

also Sakuya's modes are awesome

She's a combat organoid(close as we get to robot for ancient tech) in stasis, and apparently keyed to serve Sakuya's bloodline or something. Xecty Ein was created by blending Elven Royalty DNA with the organoid tech.
