A lot of viewers will be making the same connection you did. I being one of them.

But I though that his would look more like ZGMF-X42s Destiny gundam from Gundam Seee Destiny.

It's not weird for a white dragon to be named Albion. It's the oldest known name for Great Britain. Further, the word's latin roots come from the word for white. There is a bit of lore for Albion in King Arthur mythology, which is where the white and red dragon stuff comes from.

in the new promotional trailer saw vali, azazel, kokabiel,zenovia ,irina when i saw kokabiel in the promotional I was surprised because it seems more demon than human like azazel

Watched the second PV, and it was awesome! Can't wait to see how they gonna deliver enemies and I'm hoping Kiba to play a more important role as well since he had a secondary role last season.

It looks like it'll cover vols 3-4 from the preview. Though I am hoping for vols 5-6, that might come in a 3rd season. I don't want them to rush it and miss important content from the LNs.

Its officially confirmed that it'll only be 1-cour so it'll only cover Volume 3 & 4.

Exactly and the new preview gave further confirmation on it covering Volume 3 & 4 only.

Maybe not even that everything shown so far in the PV's covers only volume 3, unless it's only showing frist half of the season.

Goes by sales more than anything. Frist season averaged 10k Blu-ray/DVD sale per volume about 8/9th best selling anime last year, if the second season sells close to that you can guarantee they'll be a third season.

You might be right Vali is definitely volume 3, Azazel I know he meets Issei before he's formally introduced just can't remember which volume it's in.

Edit: Found it Azazel is frist chapter Volume 4.

Shouldn't DxD gets its own subforum already? I mean even valvrave got one.... Especially since the mods decided to split the thread into three separate variations.... which I don't bother to check anymore.

I want to see how they'll do the ED. Its going to be really hard to beat last season
