He did mention before in a special chapter why he skipped those volumes; because he wasn't sure if the book was going to be serialized...

LOL, he's worried he might not be able to use the character designs for Anyeze (spelling, please correct me?)... I'm also worried XD

I really want to see him make vol 7 into his works...

Not really a confirmed "victim", though...

The mangaka said that the victim will be anieze hoping with he really will do. The only problem if he did vol 07 is he didn't do vol 04. Which will make touma's fear toward angels useless. I wonder how will he deal with this one.
