Oh no, it almost seems Naru vs Sasu seems less likely because:

1. Naruto now knows the truth behind Akatsuki...and will obviously try to talk to Sasuke

2. Konoha already destroyed, what's the point now?

3. Team snake never seemed that evil anyway (and they were never supposed to be in the story)

4. Sasuke is a pansy

5. Sasuke failed last capture

Though I would love to see Sasuke mercilessly kill Sakura, that would throw Naruto for some fits

Not so clever plot holes Kishimoto left unaddressed intentionally so that he could go over them later like, for instance, situation when Naruto meets his father/Yondaime for the first time inside his mind via a breaking seal.

I wonder how the 4th dealt with Genjutsu, and would there be a battle in Naruto's mind if a sharingan user used genjutsu on him?

Naruto has too many 'hidden' powers now...Sage mode (well maybe we can't consider that), Kyubi...the 4th, and of course Itachi!

Yes... and Kyuubi' seal got reinforced by Yondaime. So... you can say that Naruto will focus his skills on Sage Mode over Kyuubi. Moreover... the toad scroll is missing and it seems that no words were spoken about "that jutsu", which may be is the ultimate jutsu for Naruto.

It's awesome to see Naruto punch his father
I think that the reason why he wasn't affected by the severe damage of going 8 tails is because of Sage Mode. Since sage mode is to allow the user increased healing abilities which he didn't have when he went 4 tails.

The seal seems to have the ability to record what is going on around Naruto, so that when the Minato-construct is summoned from the Seal, it will know what is going on.

It's one thing to admire and forgive a fellow shinobi, even if they cursed your exsistence by sealing a monster inside of you, it is another thing all together to admire and forgive your father for forcing a monster on you (Naruto even says, while he is punching Minato, "Why did you choose me, father!").
