Well, there's now the 12 Universes thing, Vegeta's promise to Cabba and Jiren's situation. I'd say there's enough material for new events down the line.
And it can set a new line on the "DB meets DBZ" ideology that was hinted at the first stages of DBS, with DB's lightheartedness and adventure and DBZ's frenetic and explosive action.

Yeah, I have no doubt on there being potential material. It's more about what medium will be used to tell that. Will it just be the continuation of Toyotaro's manga? Will DB Super change names to something else but still continue? Because I assumed the show being canceled meant it perhaps wasn't raking in much any more, at least not enough to justify it airing weekly.

So from this tweet, we know that Ultra Instinct is an entirely different form from Super Saiyan. That means Goku can couple UI with his Super Saiyan to make up for insufficient power.

That said, I do wonder if instinct can be honed further. If not, then whoever has better instinct will use UI more efficiently.

Thanks for sharing. I guess we can't really blame on how Toei handling Jiren's character in the anime because of Toriyama didn't outline anything about Jiren's character except he doesn't like to talk.

Now I'm also sure that Goku can learn to combine Ultra Instinct with Super Saiyan, since it's meant to be a power-up that's completely different from Super Saiyan.

Toriyama seems to be leaving things in the story that be used as material for more stories in the future, and if this is true, then I'd like to read/watch it (depending on medium). Maybe future opponents would be able to use Ultra Instinct.

So it's because of Toriyama that Jiren is such a boring character. And it's because/thanks (depending on how you feel about them) to Toei that we finally got female super saiyans, as Toriyama hadn't included any in his outline and decided to create Caulifla after Toei submitted Kale to him.

Yeah. Either way, I'm glad we at least have female Saiyans we know names of. Next, when and if Dragon Ball continues after the movie explaining the origins of the Saiyans, I want to see Goku train Caulifla (I know I've said this before).

Edit: I just hope it doesn't turn out that Frieza knows the Language of the Gods. Or else everybody's done for with the wish he'll make on the Super Dragon Balls.

I think having a female super saiyan was a neat idea. After all, we had been wondering for so long whether female saiyan can became SSJ or not before Super was released.

I wish that Toei would have proceed with their original draft for Jiren (with Toppo's personality) instead of what Toriyama wanted for Jiren character.

So I guess the anime and manga are indeed have different canon as Toriyama's original draft was so broad that it left up to Toei and the manga writer to fill the blank.

and SSJ + Mastered UI is indeed possible after all.

yeah it's really seens no new episode this week, next episode is comming 18, it's really weird because we already had a break 2 episodes ago, in february, then we get another one now, it's really looks like they are trying to give time to the animation team do the best they can in the next 2 upcoming episodes, like they did in the 2 previous episodes.
