Well huh, looks like the tracks for the OST are all titled in English (except for 裸々イヴ新世紀（TV ver.） ), and it turns out that it's not "Nerval" but "Nelval".

...Also, now they're stating that the Blu-ray version will be 1080p instead of 1080i. Dunno why they're changing it, but sounds good to me. (For whatever reason, though, they didn't bother to change it in the original news about the volume 1 Blu-ray release.)

That's awesome! Hopefully one of the Blu-ray ripping groups will start doing this one. I can only imagine the extras that might be included...

Basically, you use some program to add filler data to the file so that the CRC ends up being what you want.

Just browsing, but it was interesting that the website told us that Shishido Foundation was the first company to master Quantum Engineering. This lead to extremely advance manufacturing techniques, and made it possible to make full size space colonies at a cost and speed that was profitable. Even though Quantum Engineering is now wide spread in Sora Kake, Shishido had become the most powerful corporation EVER because of their technological edge.

Beside the colonies, the technology was also helpful in manufacturing huge space ships that could evacuate billions of people into Space at a time, leading to the Colony Age.

Oh, and as for QT, apparently it stands for "Quantum Telekinesis". And that QT-amplifiers are a form of hardware which permit QT-arms to move for even weak QT users. People with QT powers are registered by the government. QT-amplifiers are outlawed for civilian use as it is classified as a weapon component, and in fact the existence of QT is not publicly known. ICP members are exempt from the ban.

It seems this story was started single handedly by the Shishidou Group. They created QET and then Brain Colonies, QT and everything. The show is about the Shishidou's cleaning up the mess they created.

but they're also the responsible people that could jeopardize humanity's future. so they decided to save humanity anyways

so i'd say they're about the middle, both responsible for advanced technology, and also in-directly responsible for threats against humanity.
