Based on chapter 1, I thought the company that hired him is a terrorist organization or something. But they are just vandalizing. I am so confused.

I had to sit down and slowly reread chapter 5-6. This time, everything is much clearer.

The lady vaping is Jelly E Fish [ジェリー・E・フィッシュ]. She seems to be much higher-ranked, based on how the other two subordinates addressed her. She says she still does not trust Chiaki.

Chiaki is filling in a vacant position in the Special Front, Spy division [特解戦線 特務部].

The long-haired man in the van is the team's leader. His name is Seiryu (?) [星龍]. He tells Chiaki that they are going to raid a politician's home. He explains that their organization's goal is to set the world in the right direction.

He tells Chiaki to remember, "In this world, people with no guts will die."

Spoiler for 6:

Chiaki mistakes the object Seiryu is holding as a grenade. It turns out to be a can of spray paint. They are going to vandalize the politician's house. Chiaki is relieved that they are only vandalizing.

Seiryu paints "Die" on the wall. Chiaki comments that the vandalism is hard to see.

Seiryu realizes that it was a mistake to use white paint on a white wall. I loled.

The hero appears. She jumped down from a helicopter?????

Seiryu is frozen in fear. Chiaki tells Coburn, the driver, to slow down so that Seiryu can catch up. Coburn doesn't understand and speeds up instead. Chiaki says, in broken English, "Slowly... very slow... down." I loled.

Seiryu somehow makes it onto the van. Chiaki checks his heartbeat and realizes his dire condition.

Chiaki says, "So it is true. Because he is a person with no guts, he died." I loled.

It is also revealed that that is Seiryu's first kiss. I loled.

When you think about it MC somehow ends up protecting his identity.

Not gonna lie, I lol'd pretty hard reading those spoilers. This is definitely a manga by Akira Hiramoto. If you're into fucked up and dry humour, then this is a manga for you. Haha

Sigh, I just wish Prison School had a proper romance ending man. It pretty much confirmed Kiyoshi x Hana in the weirdest way imaginable, but we don't actually know if they hooked up after the "reveal". Instead, it gets glossed over and Chiyo becomes USC president... Don't even get me started on the so-called "real ending" that we had to wait almost a year for...

Chapter 5 is out. What can I say? It sets a tone that makes you think that the so-called "evil organization" that the MC is apart of, would resort to extremist methods and whatnot. When it reality...

Spoiler for Chapter 6:

All they're really doing is petty crimes like vandalism/graffiti. lol

Calling it now, the "evil organization" later turns out to be the actual good guys and MC's side is the one that's morally questionable.

Ok let say you are correct MK-95- and that the evil organization they're the good guys, what do you say about the explosion in ch.1 and the elephant guy was laughing like a maniac when that happened?

I would say there are levels in the organization where like MC who's just a rookie would do vandalism and other petty stuff

True. That could very well be the case and I won't rule it out, but considering it's this author we're talking about, I wouldn't put it past him to include a twist like I described previously.

He had a knack for misrepresenting scenes instead of representing them for what they actually were in his last work. Remember that shower scene with Kiyoshi & Gakuto? (the absolute best example that comes to mind when I think about intentional misrepresentation of a scene)
