Well ... actually, I do have more to say. I'm pleased to find the characters likeable so far. Allan is a great lead - plus, his colouring reminds me of Xenosaga's chaos and his voice is a lighter-hearted Touya Akira.

Btw, with minimal spoilers, is Allan's 83% synchronisation ratio considered good or bad?
since i haven't read all of the recent mangas i'm guessing during sometime he gains 100% syncro and becomes super duper powerful...

Well he should eventually gain 100% ( since this a shounen :P).

However 83%>100%, i don't see how this will make it uber powerful sure if you get a small number and get it's 83% and 100% it's not really gonna make a big difference, but if you get a huge number and get it's 83% and 100% you WILL notice something.

Just a beginner's question.

Is the Millenium Earl based from the Boogeyman?

Hmmm, how about making D-Gray-man a sub forum? I think it's populair enough...

The manga has only 7 volumes? It looks like it when i look at manganews.net.

So far, only 7 volumes are out in "manga" form. In terms of releases they're up to chapter 94, which is the equivalent of about 10 manga volumes. And so far it doesn't show many signs of letting up anytime soon.

lol, sorry. What I'm trying to say is that your statement is basically correct, but there's more to it than that. Like...you're right, but what you said is just the bare minimum...there's a bunch of other stuff that goes with it. I could've put it in my post...but I prefer letting people find it out on their own, even though it's not that big of a spoiler.

hmmmm true, but if a curious guy looked at it and he just sees a small fact, then that's done with vs you put very vital information there and the guy sees it and ruins the suprise so ya. spoiler or no spoiler most people will decide to see it anyway

I know, which is why I think what you put was good enough and I decided not to add to it (just mentioned that there's more to it than that). If they're really curious they should be able to find out the rest of the details easily with a google search anyways.

yes this episode was ownage... if this is any sign of whats to come later on im lookin and ima likin.

Allen was badass in this episode. His (her) battle shouts worked out just fine.
Kanda's voice actor is awesome. the sheer arrogance it displayed in his first scene in the episode was awesome. so fitting. the music when they were being briefed on the misison was great. it seems like that will be the theme melody of the show, and they will chance it accordingly, sad, happpy or for action to fit the scene. cool. The level 2 akuma was wayyyy better animated.

The fight scene wasnt toooo great, but damn its better than a lot of crap this was decent for a first real fight scene.

Well, it was a good episode but I dont like the censorship. But I guess that is what you get when you have TV Tokyo.

Otherwise nice animation but some ugly animations here and there.
