I have to say that Chikage made the chapter for me this time. I was laughing and dawwwing at the half-smile/half-serious face she made trying to show concern for kenichi while trying to hide her emotions from her master.

I can't wait to see Kushinada in action. But it worries me since Sakaki took forever to beat off that one sword user, I thought he should have pwned him when he became 'serious' a couple of chapters back. Kushinada can probably take on two or three of them by herself.

I really enjoyed reading this chapter. Chikage was very cute and I liked how she was concern for Kenichi but had to hide her feelings from her master. It looks like Mikumo is going to be involved in the next chatper so that is something to look forward to. Hopefully next chapter we see what the Elder was up to with that poor sap that ended up having to face him.

Also she must be one of the most experienced Masters with a technique that use no force but just skill, and I think that Sakaki and Shigure are at disadvantage against her. The Elder, Akisame or Kensei would be better suited to fight her.

Elder, yes.
Akisame becaus same martial art and knowledge, but it would be *very* hard.

Kensei.. you serious? With each move Mikumo takes, her 'chuggling' will allure Kensei...

I think she is one of the top of Yami (Kensei mentioned their existence before the start of D of D) along with Ichiei and Silcardo.

Just a quick question if anyone wants to answer it. I have been wondering how tall Mikumo is? I seen her near the Elder in chapter 346 and even though he is quite bigger than she, she looked pretty tall given the size of the Elder.

I suspect sakaki and apachai would be at an disadvantage against her. But Shigure might not. She's a weapon user and should be depending more on skills than strength.

I'd roughly guess 1.80m, but since she's usually around Chikage, who's pretty short, she looks very tall.

kushinada is not third strongest for sure. its too early for hardcore people to appear and fight now.

Well Mikumo does have her own eccentricities when it comes to Elder. She'll probably understand.

For all purposes Chikage has become a imouto character.
