Apparently in the latest issue of Gundam Ace there is a timetable that chronicles from AC.001 to MC-0022.

So why do people fight, anyway?
Perhaps the meaning of existence lies within their will to fight.
People feel a sense of accomplishment through battle.
And it’s also a fact that the ones actually fighting are never perceived as being tainted.

Well it would clear up when exactly the AC calender ends and the MC century begins

what date/week does Gundam ace come out during the month?

and thank you Washu-chan

so sayla mass is number one huh, guess you cant' beat the originals (though it kind of annoys me for some reason that char is number one)

and Aina is number three, Thats a good surprise I always liked her but thought the 8th MS team wasnt that popular an anime

Generally the last or second to last Sunday of each month, I believe? It was Christmas Day in December and the 23rd I wanna say for this issue...

I'm gonna email Fujisan if I don't have my issue by Monday, this is freakin' ridiculous. If they're based in NYC, it should not take 2 weeks to mail a book to Chicago. :/

Ah, Fujisan takes forever. You normally have it by the 9th or 10th of the month. It's shipped from California I believe. For getting two issues, it was almost as much as getting one from Amazon Japan :/

As for that timetable, Japanese blogs indicate that it's only inclusive to AC.196 with no indication of how many years pass between that date and the Martian Calendar.

Ahh.. oh well. I'd thought they said they were based in NYC but maybe that's just their offices. I guess the stuff coming in from Cali makes more sense. So I'll keep looking for it through next week...

Darn. Well, I'll scan it anyway, maybe it'll still have some good stuff in it.

You know, I was reading an interview with Mamoru Oshii and Yutaka Izubichi about RahXephon and part of his responses actually apply to Frozen Teardrop, and why people have such a hard time accepting it:

We advance the story by making a rule that something is incomprehensible, even though it would be comprehensible with a little rational thought. That's the kind of drama we depict.

In other words, that things DO make sense if we really think about it, even though our kneejerk reaction may be to say that it's random/ridiculous/makes no sense? Yeah, I agree for the most part... at least pending actual explanations (of which we have amusingly little).

REI finished her cast illustration! Looks like it's for stationary... I wonder if she's selling it at Comiket? I wish I could get some!

30 years later and he still has that damn green tanktop.....

Agreed, and well said. We'll see if Sumisawa actually does provide some answers to common questions.

The cast pic is really good.

it'd be nice (the truth is that stories have to shock people to advance but that begs the questions when do you stop a story?)
Spoiler for failed theory:

one thing though..
so its only four gundam pilots now?
I would have thought there would be five (no seems to follow wufei's footsteps)
and the new "professors" only made four machines

I do wonder how long this will be
one of the great things about gundam wing was how little stability there was on who was on whose side (first it was the colonies, the sanc kingdom, the earth in general, i will destory all of space etc)

Quinze commented on it
"I thought the gundams fought for the colonies!?"
"actually they fight for earth now, sorry someone forgot to tell you"
(yes i know its much more complicated than that)

The cast picture is excellent

It reminds me a bit of the Cospa Wing Zero Custom back-wings sweatshirt:

I have the t-shirt version, been waiting to wear it with my Heero cosplay for a while.

:O !! I've been looking for GundamW related clothing forever and couldn't find anything. Are there any other shops you know of that sell it, that you wouldn't mind sharing? Thanks
