It was probably because of this exchange, but I actually had a dream last night that I was watching Sailor Moon Classic. In Dream!Sailor Moon, Mamoru went to greater and greater lengths throughout the series to annoy Usagi. The only part of the dream that I remember was that Mamoru broke into NASA, stole one of their spaceships (somehow he was able to pilot it perfectly), went all the way to outer space to build up momentum, then he piloted the spaceship downwards to Earth and crashed about three feet away from Usagi. All that work for no other reason than to scare her. Mamoru then jumped out of the cockpit, smirked at the frightened Usagi, and said "Yo, odango! Did I scare you?"
Yeah... that's one determined bully. ^^;

BWAHAHAHA THAT IS HILARIOUS! I LOVED READING THAT.

One of the moments that always stood out to me amongst all 200 episodes was Usagi making fun of Mamoru for riding by himself on a kid's ride, that slow-moving train.

LOVED THAT TOO. Even the dub (which might have been funnier) This is the line she says in the dub:
"What are you doing, playing Choo-Choo, anyway!? You look like a...a.. BIG DORK!"
...........that cracks me up so hard. Like every time. No idea why. But she actually pissed him off with that line because he blushes and snaps back "I don't know why I bother talking to YOU!"

And another funny line in the dub is when the artist girl is trying to paint them side by side, she tells Usagi to sit next to him and her reply:
*disgusted and points*
"WHAAAAAAAT!? YOU WANT ME TO SIT NEXT TO THAT!?"

LAWL.

The scene where Seiya gets her hopes up by throwing a rose, and Usagi completely melts down afterwards, was another one that's always stood out in my memory.

OH GAWD. THAT.
*bursts into tears*
"AM I NOT GOOD ENOUGH!? AM I NOT GOOD ENOUGH!?"

Fumio Osano, the Sailor Moon manga's Kodansha editor who is known by his nickname "Osabu," confirmed in response to a question on his Twitter account that the new Sailor Moon anime has been delayed. The anime was previously announced as debuting this summer.

Osabu has not yet given further details, but a more formal announcement is expected soon. When asked if the anime would broadcast in winter 2014, he responded, "Not 2014. Perhaps."

I see, but my personally interpretation of the "Not 2014 Perhaps" comment was similar to what @JagdPanther has posted above.

My take is this: it's probably targeted to the Winter season but I'm not 100% sure. If it doesn't show up then I think it's best to assume that we won't be getting the show until 2015.

I agree with most of this list. I'd switch "Ai no Senshi" with "Otome no Policy", and I feel that "Galaxia Gorgeous" deserves some mention, but that's about it. It's interesting that the two most popular songs are both performed by Peach Hips.
