We have a few more days left until nominations begin. I wonder who will be the most nominated girl. I have a feeling it could be Kirino, but I can't help but think she might actually be the second most nominated or even third.

I would guess Kuroneko as the person to get the highest number of nominations. Kirino is a likely second place.

Because the other strongest characters from before fall have already gotten in via [Japan] Saimoe, or [Korean] Best Moe tournments that allowed up to the summer, so characters such Yui, Yuri, Tensi, Saten, Uihari, Fumino, and such, while this is the first moe tournament that the fall popular character have a chance in

I'd call it traditional, based on one of the early graphs used to show the girls ranking in the tournament. Also flavor text that sprouted into various other things including signatures and such.

Not that I have much left to write with since it is basically dependent on if I can get a grasp on some of the girl's characteristics to work with in relation to each other or some over-arcing theme for storytelling purposes.

Is it needed? No. Can it be fun (or funny)? Yes. Will there be more? Maybe. Depends on who gets in and if their seems to be a fun pattern to play with.

Still needs some time to submit the list. I have been thinking about for the past week, but I still can't make up my mind.

My nomination strategy this year is nominating new girls only to see some new faces. My all time favourites are mostly auto-qualified for preliminaries, so hopefully my nominated characters will all pass the nomination phase..

My current nomination list is the following..

I predict Shiori Shiomiya will be the dark horse candidate. It's surprised me several times when I've seen someone mention her name when describing moe, usually with a link to this video.

Getting the shy shrinking violet type to go tsun just seems to punch peoples moe buttons.

Abandoning Madoka, Aoi and Rin Rin

. Sorry Madoka, Aoi and Rin Rin.
I decided that Rin Rin had no chance and that Sherlock had a better chance.
I'm voting like this because I've watched over a hundred anime most with multiple girls. If I only vote for girls with a chance for spots 4-12 I don't have to weigh the moe of hundreds of girls.
Also Yuu's being all kinds of adorable which is bad for Madoka.
