Anyways, for ImageReady just create a transparent layer on top of all your layers. Then, make sure this layer shows up in every frame of the animation. Select the entire layer and stroke inside however many pixels you want with whatever color; it's that simple. |

Duplicate frame == large files unless you use some of the techniques Green mentioned, but it's simply easier just to set the frame rate longer.
I use ImageReady primarily, but something I use Animation Shop for quick edits. |

Animations and GIF files.
Well i've seen a lot of people with moving avatars on here, so i figure i should try asking some of my flash related problems here. Well as far as i know to make a file that has animation you need to save it as a GIF file. Now to create animation you can use a number of softwares. I chose to use Flash MX 04. After creating my animation and publishing it as a GIF, i can't seem to save it so it retain it's proper colours.
Can anyone help me? What i basically want to do is: -Create animation in flash (for avatar etc...) -Save it as GIF (with looping animation) -And upload (use etc) Except when i create it and i publish it as a gif, the colours get reverted to really bad colours. I wish someone could help me with this problem because i'm stumped. |
