Since most the key words are written in kanji, I manage to make out their meaning: Caro's race, first time, breast(s), touch, the male, marry, convention.

So it might be "based on the traditional law in Caro's race, the girl must marry the man who is the first male has touched her breasts."

If your kanji are correct, it does say something like that. "In Caro's race, there might or might not be a tradition where the girl marries the first male who touches her breasts."

I'd say Elio is closer to Jr/Rubedo of Xenosaga though in terms of design-presentation. Putting aside their red hair, they've also got their jacket and pink-haired-loli. The guns and the book-love went to Teana and Yuuno respectively though.

Does that mean Chrono = Nigredo? Oh shi-

Though Elio-Hokuto/Elis lovechild isn't too far off either, especially considering how it looks like Elio x Subaru who's sister's name is Ginga for added irony looks like they're going to be the unofficial forward offensive combo in the 4 man team...I mean, 3 girls-1 boy team.
