I for one enjoyed 11eyes it was a nice watch and although the ova was indeed great i don't think it would have had the comical impact it currently has if the anime wasn't as serious as it was.

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but does anyone know the reason why Misuzu and Kakeru didn't end up together in the anime? I heard they were together in the manga and in the game. I just finished watching the series and I thought it was great until the last 3 episodes. That's when everything went wrong for me.

Technically, Kakeru's with everyone in the game. Multiple routes and all. As for why... the anime was focusing more on the whole "end of the world" thing than romance. It's a little higher priority in that instance.

I see now. Never thought about there being multiple routes to the game. I still wish Misuzu and Kakeru ended up together in the end. Yuka was crazy in the end. I have no idea why she would throw her the fragment to Lieselotte.
