I tip my hat to the lyricist of Futaba's character song now that I get a look at the official lyrics. It's an exercise in Japanese grammar, English homonyms and mathematics. All distilled into an ode to breasts. I tip my hat to Satomi Akesaka, as well, for being able to sing all that.

The character songs as a whole are pretty catchy.

Just noticed now that chiba's cap had 69 printed on it and Yabe often has his cherry shirt on ^^, maybe i should pay more attention to the small details in this show.

Epi 9 was great, lol. I was very satisfied with all of the Mitsuba action. <3 Futaba has been especially cute in the past two epis, and Hitoha's passion for the Gachi Rangers is so adorable. I want her to be able to share her interests with someone already! XD

This episode was great. I love how every time Hitoha tries to talk about Gacchi Rangers some incredulous misunderstandings happen and she cane never express her feelings.

I enjoyed how they switched up the style a little when Mitsuba and Hitoha were going to get that can. The silent comedy was great and just proves that the misfortune that Futaba regularly brings Mitsuba has now need for words and sound effects. The fact that Mitsuba went through all that trouble just to end up not even needing the can in the firs place was a great punchline.

And the ice bowling was awesome. You can always count on Mitsuba to stir things up past the point of truly ridiculous. Satou just can't catch a break; he tries to play the straight man and always manages to get fucked over in the end. I nearly busted a gut at the end when Futaba's double meaning sentence was overheard by the "Can't be helped" trio.

I really feel sorry for anyone who didn't stick with this series, because it's transcended simple hilarity and morphed into high art. That episode was win on so many levels it would take longer to describe them than the episode itself! But any episode than can range from the hilarious dialogue "Shin-chan, you have to nail me in the butt again soon - it felt great!" to silent pieces set to Mozart's "Piano Sonata in C-Major, K. 545" and Strauss' "Blue Danube Waltz" as seen in 2001 - a Space Odyssey without missing a step is a miracle to be treasured.

lol slapstick Charlie Chaplin comedy.

Also a new portion aside from the story and jokes Yabechi's Room!

Truly Mitsuba loves her sisters as seen here too bad though her S&M and tsundere
attitude blocks that line always. Finally some funny slapstick jokes with Hitoha and
Futaba. Really those girls.

all the parts made me lol this time around also the silent movie type portion of the show was brilliant and also the portion of the swimsuit ice skating.

Funniest line for me.

This is truly innocence combined with misunderstandings and minor ecchi.

These are things I love and appreciate when it comes to presentation. They can be found in all genres, all forms, even if it's Mitsudomoe. With today's episode having both a silent segment and an ending using The Blue Danube Waltz, the episode director's getting a bit artsy. I wouldn't mind if this continued. Otherwise, the usual batch of Gachiranger misunderstandings, animal print panties and polar bowling. Viva art!
