Videora Converter

I'm running Videora iPod Converter Version 5, i converted some mkv files to an ipod playable format mp4, thing is the subtitles are not showing, i tried many other profiles no luck, i even checked the profile settings only to find that subtitles is already turned on. What am i doing wrong?

try the little program i made its basically a simplier GUI for Handbrake here -> http://code.google.com/p/cyko/

follow the tutorial there and checked "Hard Subs" option
