As good as that picture is....it's weird.

Why? He has teeth, which indicates that Isley actually has a mouth. But have we actually seen him open his mouth?

Some fanart show that he has lips, but from the manga, I don't remember him ever having any sort of mouth, it's like he has a faceplate like Optimus Prime.

In other words, why would he have teeth, if he doesn't have an actual mouth, much less can open it?

The "squirrel" down at the left corner looks like a shocked person to me.

Either it's one of two things.

1.) The person(s) on the right took her clothes off and the guy on the left corner got an eyeful.
2.) The guy on the left got an eyeful and the person(s) on the right is offering her some clothes.
