There's different colours for the manga? I only know of the anime ones then because that's what the seiyuus wore for their concerts too.

Correct.
For the theme colours in the manga: Yui was red, Mio was blue, Ritsu was gold/orange, Tsumugi was purple, Ui was lime green and Sawako was brown.
Oddly enough though, Nodoka was given pink in the first and second volumes, before she was given the darker blue in the third and fourth volumes. Azusa was first given that same blue in the second volume, before being swapped to pink in the third and fourth volumes.

You could see the colors in the manga's colored inner cover pages. Yui, Ritsu, and Mio is the same like the anime, while Mugi is purple, Azusa is pink. (Also the BG color for the corresponding character for the manga cover).

and Ui is green, Sawako is brown... but the colors for the minor characters sometimes change in the manga.
